Former Spy Chiefs Warn of Trump’s Dangerous Radicalization: ‘We Have Four Years to Stop Him’

If you think some former U.S. intelligence officials have been harsh in their criticism of President Trump, well, they’re getting harsher.

In the wake of the mail bomb arrest and the Pittsburgh synagogue shootings, James Clapper and Michael Hayden are likening President Trump’s political rhetoric to radicalization tactics used by terrorists.

Clapper, former director of the National Security Agency, and addressee of one of the bombs [3] mailed to CNN, told a Virginia audience on Wednesday, “It’s not unlike what we experienced with ISIS where you have a group using social media to recruit and radicalize their supporters.”

While former CIA director John Brennan has attacked Trump’s character, [4] Clapper and Hayden have tried to restrict themselves to issues of policy. No more. The president is acting like a recruiter for a terrorist organization, and a few among his supporters are acting like terrorists, the former spy chiefs say.

Former CIA director Michael Hayden, who appeared with Clapper at George Mason University, added, “I don’t want to say the two groups are equivalent, but there are parallels.”

Hayden proceeded to spell them out.

“At CIA when our people looked at radicalization, I asked, ‘Is it the ideology of al-Qaeda or ISIS that attracts them? Or are these unhappy young males, who don’t have a job, have disappointments, are unattached, and are looking to attach themselves to a larger cause?”

“In this country,” said Hayden, “what you get are individuals who are unhappy, violence-prone on their own, with a great sense of grievance, who now get legitimization and justification for their grievance by attaching it to something larger themselves. .... and here’s what’s new. They now have a set of grievances to which they can attach themselves that have been articulated by the president of the United States of America.”

The charge is severe, but the most recent evidence lends credence to the claim.

“If you look at the bomber, it was all there on his van [5],” Hayden said. “If you look at the incident in Squirrel Hill in Pittsburgh, [the shooter who killed 11 people had] a latent anti-Semitism, but the proximate cause was his belief that international Jewry was sponsoring the invasion of America by that caravan which is still a thousand miles from the U.S. border. That has been a constant theme coming from the White House.”

‘We Don’t Have Eight Years’

Both men said Trump’s attacks on the press, the FBI, and his critics are damaging the country’s democratic institutions, perhaps irretrievably. “We have four years to stop him,” Hayden said. “We don’t have eight.”

And both men were pessimistic that the situation would change any time soon.

In a sardonic reference to Trump’s description of himself, Clapper said, “As long as the ‘stable genius’ continues to use his kind of rhetoric, we will see radicalization.”

Clapper and Hayden’s assessment might be the most ominous intelligence warning since a CIA briefer told President Bush in August 2001 that Osama bin Laden was “determined to strike in the United States.” Except now the threat comes from the president himself.

A couple articles have come out about a book that has been published, Tuesday, 16 October 2018 - posthumously from Stephen Hawkings in reference to Human Enhancement and WHO will actually Benefit from it.

Once again, it was important enough for this great mind to put out a Warning to the World, that those who are already in power, will never share or allow the rest of humanity to benefit from the advent of these bio-technologies, but in fact would utilize them to ENSLAVE all humankind. 

Stephen Hawking warns that AI, ‘superhumans’ could wipe humanity in posthumous book

Stephen Hawking, the renowned physicist who died in March, warns of both rises in advanced artificial intelligence and genetically-enhanced "superhumans" in a book publishing Tuesday.

According to an excerpt of the book "Brief Answers to the Big Questions" published by the U.K.'s Sunday Times, Hawking wrote AI could prove "huge" to humanity so long as restrictions are in place to control how quickly it grows.

"While primitive forms of artificial intelligence developed so far have proved very useful, I fear the consequences of creating something that can match or surpass humans," Hawking wrote. "Humans, who are limited by slow biological evolution, couldn’t compete and would be superseded."

Hawking wrote about a need for serious research to explore what impact AI would have on humanity, from the workplace to the military, where he expressed concerns about sophisticated weapons systems "that can choose and eliminate their own targets."

Hawking also wrote about advances to manipulating DNA, or what he calls "self-designed evolution. Early advances involving the gene-editing tool CRISPR include alerting DNA to create "low-fat" pigs.

Putin says the country that perfects AI will be 'ruler of the world' And Elon Musk is convinced it could start World War III.

 Forget the arms race or space race -- the new battle for technological dominance revolves around AI, according to Vladimir Putin. The Russian President told students at a career guidance forum that the "future belongs to artificial intelligence," and whoever is first to dominate this category will be the "ruler of the world." In other words, Russia fully intends to be a frontrunner in the AI space. It won't necessarily hog its technology, though.

Not that this reassuring long-term AI skeptic Elon Musk. The entrepreneur believes that the national-level competition to lead AI will be the "most likely cause of WW3." And it won't even necessarily be the fault of overzealous leaders. Musk speculates that an AI could launch a preemptive strike if it decides that attacking first is the "most probable path to victory." Hyperbolic? Maybe (you wouldn't be the first to make that claim). It assumes that countries will put AI in charge of high-level decision making, Skynet-style, and that they might be willing to go to war over algorithms. Still, Putin's remarks suggest that his concern has at least some grounding in reality -- national pride is clearly at stake.

I have been victimized by what otherwise would be civil society turned Violent Savages in their crusade to destroy.  All it took, was Narrative Network Teams, / Psychological Warfare, and providing these powerless civilian's with a scapegoated Target, add to it obstruction of justice, conspiracy against rights, add to the mix, just a bit of power with little oversight.

It took all morning after reading this article about a speech Putin made and then it clicked - why would he say It's almost done?

For me as a Targeted Individual who has sought justice for the crimes perpetrated upon and against my living life, it has astounded me as to the sheer and true Conspiracy against the Rights and Liberties of Targeted Victims, such as myself.  The pleas to local, state, and federal agencies, non-government organizations, lawyer after lawyer, and law firm after law firm to - NO AVAIL!

It was really not until 2012, when Putin came into being the Russian President for the second time, that it was leaked about his directive to their military to Proliferate Directed Energy Weapons by 2020.  The news outlets ridiculed them as Zombie Guns, and basically stated they did not exist, but Targeted Individual's such as myself, have written, walked into police stations, city after city, state after state and for myself who crossed the Atlantic and resided in Italy, country after country, and at each turn was blocked from being able to see justice against those who have targeted me.

The one underlying issue:  Make Sure No One Believes the Targeted Individual/s, Group, Organization, Government, etc.  

Yet, it was Putin in 2012 that sounded the warning to the global population to the existence of Directed Energy Weapons, while all other, and I mean all other NATO allied countries, kept a collective code of silence to the pleas of their, scapegoated Targeted Citizens' who were coming forward to all government agencies to conduct a criminal investigations'.

In any event, today, the light finally clicked on about the strategy of what Russian has been doing.  It's been a full scale set up, but not necessarily against the Democratic Party, but against the Republican Party, Corporate America, and other American Hypocrites.

You see NO ONE would believe if Russia, and other countries would come out and talk about just what hypocrites these extremist in the Republican Party truly are.  Instead they helped them gain Power, so that they could SHOW FOR THEMSELVES who they truly are.  From Trump and all his corruption, to all the felons in the White House that Trump surrounded himself with, to appointing Brett Kavanaugh, to how the coverup looks like by an accused sexual assault apologist-  Senator's Lindsey Graham to the misogyny of Chuck Grassley about lost their shit during the Kavanaugh hearings.  To letting off Racists Police, to White Women calling the police on innocent African American's - And NOW the WORLD KNOWS who these REPUBLICAN'S truly are.

All Russia had to do was provide them the tools to put them in power, and sit back and watch these Republican's SELF DESTRUCT with their obsession with power and control, and how they go about SETTING UP their opponents, how they utilize Character and Credibility Assassination against their so called foes, and to what lengths they will go to OBSTRUCT JUSTICE.  To the sheer VIOLENCE being perpetrated upon and against their own citizens, and then abusing their positions of power, authority and or expertise to sponsor, sanction, and cover up their criminal activities  - This, then trickles down to the civilian population who feel emboldened to overtly Target other citizens and neighbors with their hate. 

That is why Putin said, It's almost done!!! - It was to PROVE to the WORLD what TOTAL and ABSOLUTE, VIOLENT, HYPOCRITES these, GOD FEARING - HOLIER THAN THOU -  Republican's truly are - and the only way to prove it, was to help them gain Power...

Talk about a Stroke of Genius, Putin...but then again, You have to FIGHT ORGANIZED CRIMINALS - with ORGANIZED CRIME - So, no one knew better how to OUT these VIOLENT HYPOCRITES, than someone who knows a thing or two about it...

I can and will attest that Various community, community members, business', academia and most of all local government agency Members' from the MONTEREY PENINSUAL, CALIFORNIA, are even more POLITICALLY CORRUPTED than Orange County because most of these people have a VESTED FINANCIAL interest in Keeping the Department of Defense, Private Security Firms, and Corporate Counterparts littered throughout this Monterey Peninsula- Happy.  Therefore, when it comes to actual JUSTICE - I have no illusions, that these players within the county, along with the recruited CIVILIAN WANNABES,  will sell out the Rule of Law, United States Constitution, along with Humanity... just to curry favors with and be a part of it.  THE JIG IS UP and the veil has been lifted for the fraud and facade various members within this Peninsula attempt to project themselves to be. 

 

By Lifting this Facade and Veil of 'their' Greed and Concentrated Corruption, the Power, Wealth and Respectability, the Architectural Structure behind my targeting- most of whom are well educated, sit in positions of power, authority, and or expertise, run or work for multi-national corporations, go to church every Sunday, live in multi-million dollar homes, drive the most expensive vehicles, wear Armani Suit's, and or carry Hermes purses ... Does not make them more admirable, respectable, and or better than anybody else, it just show the low levels they sink in order to keep their status quo alive. 

By virtue of 'All' that they have, or claim to be,  it makes them even more SAVAGE, because it stands to reason 'they' have been provided the tools to become more Refined - Yet, by way of how I and other Targeted Victims have been brutally and violently OPPOSED - it proves 'THEIR' minds and mindset have not grown psychologically past a certain age - generally, grade school mentalities.  This includes the myriad of community recruits, whose minds are already like this, and or regress to this level of thinking, which makes them more susceptible to becoming savages.  

Therefore, with all that these 'Perps' proclaim to be, have, know, are better than, smarter than, are more deserving of, 'They' would then have NO EXCUSE for their Barbaric Inhumanity and infliction of pure and concentrated hate upon Myself and other Targeted Victims.  This of course is by virtue of Who these State, Corporate, and Academia sponsored, sanctioned, and covered up Architect's and Civilian Recruits delude themselves into what they 'Think' they are, as opposed to WHO 'THEY' really are....

On the flip side,  Targeted Individual's such as myself have rarely witnessed, actual 'gangs' in the stereotype descriptions, targeting me  -  it almost appears as if they have more insight, critical thinking skills, and or actually have exhibited more compassion and empathy by not participating, than the lot of so called respectable community members who do.  As such, it stands to reason, the 'ONES' that should be the Least Susceptible to External Outside Negative Influence/s, have become the Single Most Receptive to these Negative External Influence/s, while those who would be considered to be most responsive, are NOT!!  What is Wrong with that Picture?

 

 

Putin and others like him have Set Up and Outed one major aspect of this American Hypocrisy.  Targeted Victim's such as myself have been Very Successful in Setting Up and Outing local communities and community members for who THEY really are, and what THEY are CAPABLE of doing to a SOLO, UNARMED, DEFENSELESS Targeted Victim.   I, along with other Targeted Individual's have managed to do this, One City, One County, and One States at a time.  We have not just witnessed, but are and have been mercilessly targeted by Their HATE, which becomes palatable, as they violently strike with impunity.  

Yet... in the End, most would be shocked and appalled to Witness WHO these Individual's are i.e. the police officer, the lawyer, the judge, the corporate executive, the government agency and or worker/s within, the doctor, the neighborhood watch group, the local business owner, the teacher, the pastor, the church-goer, the co-worker, the store clerk, the bank teller, and on and on and on -

In any event,  Putin/Russia and other's already KNOW - In the END, it only EXPOSES these so called Respectable People and Communities for WHO THEY REALLY ARE at their CORE, and all the money, power, authority and or expertise they have and or aspire to gain- cannot cover or wash away 'Their' true selves and or stench. 

... And, again... looking at my current location on the Monterey Peninsula - and the sheer number of haters, stalkers,vigilante justice seekers, know it all's, gonna teach me a lesson, employment blacklisting, theft, vandalism, torture, street theater, directed energy weapons targeting/tortures, weaponized neurotechnologies targeting/torture, you name the VIOLENCE and it has been inflicted in droves - Show the Architects' were Right - They may have gotten the lot of these Community Members' to Hate - But I managed to get the LOT of these COMMUNITIES To COME OUT OF THE WOOD-WORK and VIOLENTLY SHOW who THEY REALLY ARE, and WHAT THEY are LITERALLY CAPABLE of doing to an UNARMED, DEFENSELESS, HUMAN BEING !!!

 

I will refer back to 2008, while living in Florence, Italy, when I kicked the tires of the Carabinieri's vehicle, not once, but twice with Four Carabinieri's carrying oozie like machine guns, in the middle of the Piazza della Repubblica because they ignored and laughed at me when I told them 'they' had shut down two different ATM Cards from two American Banks that I physically went into to before leaving overseas, to let them know I would be in Italy for an extended period of time - 

... As this was happening, two White American men walked past me, one of the laughing assholes said - "WE COULD NEVER HAVE PULLED THIS OFF WITHOUT HER!!! 

 

Target or Perp - New Neurotech Equipment Over-Rides Counter Measures In Triggering

I was fully aware of being Targeted by a Target today, and noticed that whenever this transpires, in past I have been able to semi-counter the Triggers, but someone today stated they are using new equipment i.e. new biological-technological weapons of mass destruction in advanced neurotechnologies which have been fully weaponized.  This would be why the counter measures, I and other Target's utilize, are becoming far less effective, and why my Targeting has literally gone through the roof of violence.

Most ALL of the Weaponized Neurotechnologies i.e. Biological-Technologial Weapons of Mass Destruction are NON/NOT-SURREPTITIOUS, which means the VICTIM KNOWS when they are BEING USED to DISORGANIZE/INTERFERE WITH/SCRAMBLE the NEURONS in their BRAINS - 

In many cases, most Target's have been without their knowledge or consent Implanted with Neural-Implants, which run off near field radio frequencies/electromagnetic pulses, which trigger these implants to do, not unlike the above linked video (disorganize/interfere with/scramble the neurons). 

I have noticed over the last several month a Brooklyn, NY Target who is starting to act more like a Perp than an actual Targeted Individual.  This male continues to exhibit all signs of either
1. Being influenced to Target
2. Is an Actual Perp being used as a Handler to Target's such as myself.

It’s taken a while but had to condense the profiling of Nigel Nicholson the proclaimed Target who has totally and absolutely Exploited my victimization by continuing to exploit and victimize me while proclaiming to be a Target.

He is the worst of all Perps because he pretends to be a Ti

Was triggered by the sound of a cane hitting the ground, the same as what Nigel Nicholson who claims to be a Targeted Individual was repeating this morning.  I’ve been tracking this so call TI and I’ve noticed a distinct pattern of attack.

1.  He always seems to call when I am on my way out to some public setting 
2. Becomes more noticed when I am going out somewhere important ie job interview, on my walk, etc. Which sets in motion, what comes next, which are the other civilians who are queued in on what Nigel has communicated over the phone.  
a. In some cases it is to set up the next hit
b. In others, what color, keywords, etc to say in my presense.
 
3. Whenever some really important news comes out that directly parallels Targeting to the latest exposure of the Perp community, 
a. he gets real quiet and then immediately changes the subject
b. is suddenly too busy to speak.
c.he immediately Changes the Subject to something totally Random or so I thought - (See Below Hypnosis Tactic called Rapid Induction/Jerk&Pull)

 
4. When he calls me back he has carefully scripted styles ie is more quiet, doesn’t respond, has loud background noise going on, does not engage in the Truth but generally goes off into some other random subjects, never staying on Topic, and never really acknowledging the actual Topic, just uh-huh - yeah - like he's bored - does not engage in the actual conversation - only interjects 'something else' -
 
5. Wants me to be seen in a negative light by way of provoking my anger via targeting me and my confrontation of it.  He utilizes Perp talking points to dismiss, and or inflammatory words used against real victims
 
6.  My profile of this infiltrator I to the Target victim community has provided me with great analysis on how they operate.

Upon confronting Nigel with this information that he is either
a. a Perp/Handler
b. being influenced to Target me via Triggers - or to Set Up what Triggers will be used upon my going out into a public setting. 

He immediately attempted to SHIFT the blame back upon me the person being heavily Targeted.  This is a standard Perp tactic to start Gaslighting the Targeted Victim, in this myself.  


In my book Gaslighting: Recognize Manipulative and Emotionally Abusive People - and Break Free  I detail how gaslighters typically use the following techniques:
1. They tell blatant lies.
You know it's an outright lie. Yet they are telling you this lie with a straight face. Why are they so blatant? Because they're setting up a precedent. Once they tell you a huge lie, you're not sure if anything they say is true. Keeping you unsteady and off-kilter is the goal. 
2. They deny they ever said something, even though you have proof. 
You know they said they would do something; you know you heard it. But they out and out deny it. It makes you start questioning your reality—maybe they never said that thing. And the more they do this, the more you question your reality and start accepting theirs. 
3. They use what is near and dear to you as ammunition. 
They know how important your kids are to you, and they know how important your identity is to you. So those may be one of the first things they attack. If you have kids, they tell you that you should not have had those children. They will tell you'd be a worthy person if only you didn't have a long list of negative traits. They attack the foundation of your being. 
4. They wear you down over time.
This is one of the insidious things about gaslighting—it is done gradually, over time. A lie here, a lie there, a snide comment every so often...and then it starts ramping up. Even the brightest, most self-aware people can be sucked into gaslighting—it is that effective. It's the "frog in the frying pan" analogy: The heat is turned up slowly, so the frog never realizes what's happening to it. 
5. Their actions do not match their words.
When dealing with a person or entity that gaslights, look at what they are doing rather than what they are saying. What they are saying means nothing; it is just talk. What they are doing is the issue. 
6. They throw in positive reinforcement to confuse you. 
This person or entity that is cutting you down, telling you that you don't have value, is now praising you for something you did. This adds an additional sense of uneasiness. You think, "Well maybe they aren't so bad." Yes, they are. This is a calculated attempt to keep you off-kilter—and again, to question your reality. Also look at what you were praised for; it is probably something that served the gaslighter. 
7. They know confusion weakens people. 
Gaslighters know that people like having a sense of stability and normalcy. Their goal is to uproot this and make you constantly question everything. And humans' natural tendency is to look to the person or entity that will help you feel more stable—and that happens to be the gaslighter.  
8. They project.
They are a drug user or a cheater, yet they are constantly accusing you of that. This is done so often that you start trying to defend yourself, and are distracted from the gaslighter's own behavior. 
9. They try to align people against you.
Gaslighters are masters at manipulating and finding the people they know will stand by them no matter what—and they use these people against you. They will make comments such as, "This person knows that you're not right," or "This person knows you're useless too." Keep in mind it does not mean that these people actually said these things. A gaslighter is a constant liar. When the gaslighter uses this tactic it makes you feel like you don't know who to trust or turn to—and that leads you right back to the gaslighter. And that's exactly what they want: Isolation gives them more control.


One other tactic is the use of a HYPNOSIS term called JERK and PULL, also known as RAPID INDUCTION Technique.

What happens is you take the mind down one track (shaking hands) which activates the unconscious pattern and automatic behaviour. Just as they are comfortable on this automatic road, and their unconscious mind is operating the behaviour without any conscious input you interrupt the pattern. Doing something unexpected which breaks the pattern throws their mind off the track, and leaves them in a state of total blankness, desperately searching for another track to jump on induces "hyper suggestibility." In other words, a total willingness to follow whatever you suggest (within reason of course!).

 Basically, it is something normal like a benign handshake, then out of nowhere and unbeknownst to the victim, the operator will suddenly jerk that person's arm, which takes them out of the known into a startled unknown.  This opens for the person to be more suggestible to coercive conditioning.  

In the case of Nigel, I will be talking about the latest targeting or something that happens, or something I just read that relates to Targeting -  i.e. "GOP Senator Pushed VA to Use Unproven "Brain Wave Frequency" Treatment"

I will be talking on about this subject matter and out of no where, he will begin the process of Rapid Induction aka Jerk and Pull.  This means while my brain is on one subject and talking he will suddenly blurt out My Daughter Needs a Jacket and I am looking for the Zip Code.

What does one subject GOP Senators pushing unproven Brain Wave Frequencies on Veterans Affairs have to do with what his daughter needs?  It doesn't that is the point of the Rapid Induction and or Jerk and Pull, it is to Deliberately Throw the VICTIM of Targeting Off, so as to make them more susceptible to:

1. being triggered via pre-programmed commands
2. to being the process of conditioning
3. to keep the Target off balance so as to inflict additional harm upon the Targeted Victim.  

This was done to me in three different ways

Using Repetition sound or noise that generates cycles per second, not unlike a metronome  i.e. the CLICKING of a CANE there is no way his cane could actually be picked up over the busy streets of New York unless it was intentional, and he has been doing this the last few weeks one of which I recorded and played back to him - these are what is known as REPETITIVE SOUNDS. but is done in a timed manner, to create the best environment for hypnosis -  Most of these Calls Come in Right Before or Shortly Before I am going to go out to some public setting i.e. do my wash, go grocery shopping, out with relatives, to a job interview - so as to Set Up and or Activate the Pre-Conditioned Triggers -

2.. What this did was set up the next targeted hit, within a public setting, whereby, an elderly woman, just happened to park to go into the Neverland Shop at the top of Forrest Ave in Pacific Grove, CA - where she must volunteer, but what she had was a CANE, and she, due to her age, and slowness was able to use her Cane to have it Click repetitively on the ground.  Since, Pacific Grove the noise levels in Pacific Grove, CA are nowhere near as loud as the streets of New York City - it is understood I could hear the click of this woman's cane.  As such, the only reason for me to HEAR Nigel's cane on the streets, is because it was being played back to me so I could hear it.  

a .by doing this I was TRIGGERED to the POINT that about 10 or more minutes I was completely under, in the open at the Pacific Grove, CA Wash and Dry - and even though I believe I was in real time, I was actually under.  

3. Upon confronting Nigel with these type of almost daily Triggering - he began the process of Gaslighting me - 

a. He then sent a Text message to RE-EMPHASIZE the Trigger, which was not the actual hearing of the CANE hitting the ground, but the actual word CANE - which was the VERBAL and VISUAL trigger, utilizing the repetition while Nigel was on the phone with me and the repeated sounds of the clicking of the cane upon the ground were being done.  

b.  Due to this Biological-Technological Weapon of Mass Destruction in the form of a  NEUROWEAPON Equipment.

So, while there are many Techniques being BLITZED against me, and the vast majority of it is coming from Nigel, and I have been profiling these tactics - it becomes relatively clear that he is one of the many Handler's - but in my case - I've known this for months, and was simply profiling what this close at hand, handler has been doing. 

1. the repetitive cane
2. using random phrases i.e. key chain, jacket, zip code, cane - 
3. jerk and pull/rapid induction - using a SUDDEN change of Topics to SHOCK me - because what he is saying is SO FAR OFF - but what is does is set up for 
a. further conditioning by way of his speaking
b. to set off a pre-conditioned Trigger and or Set Off pre-conditioned Triggers
4. Gaslighting me throughout the entire process, when confronted with my Profiling of Him.


He also does this where he goes real calm and quiet, then all of a sudden, gets loud and angry - these are all TACTICS in Rapid Induction - and TODAY - I called him on all of it.

Now whether Nigel is a Perp or not will all come out in the end, but he could also be a Target who is being heavily influenced to not even recognize he is using these Tactics upon another Target and when confronted goes into FULL PERP DENIAL MODE.

Sen. Dean Heller, a Nevada Republican, pushed doctors at the Veterans Affairs medical center in Reno to adopt an experimental mental health treatment marketed by a company with ties to his office.
On a Friday night last December in his Reno office, Heller, a member of the Senate Veterans’ Affairs Committee, introduced VA officials to representatives from a health care startup called CereCare. The company markets an “off-label” method of treating addiction and post-traumatic stress, using electromagnetic brain stimulation.

The meeting came about because two of CereCare’s partners had a business connection to Heller’s senior aide in Reno. “We’ve known her for years,” one of the partners, Nino Pedrini, said of the aide, Glenna Smith. Pedrini and his partner have a separate joint venture with Smith’s former employer. “This was Glenna reaching out to us, knowing what we were doing, saying we think there’s a fit here where you folks can help our veterans,” Pedrini said.

Smith declined to answer questions about her role in arranging the meeting; she said she has never had a financial interest in Pedrini’s companies.

The Trump administration is encouraging the VA to use more alternative treatments, even though doctors and mental health experts caution against steering patients to procedures that haven’t been scientifically demonstrated to be safe and effective. The administration’s enthusiasm for such experimental treatments has opened the door to a flood of hopeful vendors like CereCare.

Heller declined to answer specific questions about the meeting. In a statement, he said he “will never apologize for supporting policies that could lead to additional treatment options for Nevada veterans because no one who has served this country should be waiting for care once they return from combat.”

Heller co-sponsored a bill directing the VA to start a pilot program on CereCare’s procedure. Another of CereCare’s partners, Judi Kosterman, participated in drafting the legislation, she said in an interview. Kosterman described herself as CereCare’s expert on the procedure, and her business card identified her as “Dr.” She is not a physician and her doctorate is in education, according to official records.

The bill says it provides no additional funding, so the pilot program would come at the expense of other treatments that are already proven to be effective. For that reason, it drew opposition from Veterans of Foreign Wars, which represents 1.6 million members. “The VFW believes that VA must spend its already scarce health care resources on therapies that have shown promise or have a proven track record,” the organization told Congress. Other veterans groups, such as Amvets and Vietnam Veterans of America, supported the bill because they said the treatment is worth trying. The Senate veterans committee hasn’t voted on the bill.

The procedure that CereCare was pitching to the VA uses electrical scans of the brain and heart to detect a patient’s “intrinsic brainwave frequency” and find “the area of the brain in need of restoration,” according to materials brought to the meeting. CereCare then uses that data to apply electromagnetic pulses from a machine called a transcranial magnetic stimulator.

This procedure is off-label, meaning it uses equipment approved by the Food and Drug Administration, but in a way that is not approved by the agency. Off-label procedures are not uncommon or illegal, but the FDA has not signed off on their safety or effectiveness.

Pedrini brushed off concerns about FDA approval. “The thing we all have to get over is FDA approval on some things,” he said. “You’ve got to try things. We can’t get hung up on 20 years of the FDA trying to approve something because of the bureaucracy and red tape.”

Many mental health professionals oppose pushing patients into experimental procedures. They urge treatments that are scientifically validated or, under certain circumstances, that are part of a well-run clinical trial. “Physicians in the VA, and any other health care setting, should not be forced to disclose treatment options for which there is no scientific basis for safety and efficacy,” the National Alliance on Mental Illness told Congress in 2016.

Here is what I woke to on Friday.  Noticed while putting on make up.  There are different types of directed energy that are utilized, as such there are several different RADIO FREQUENCIES based on the Electromagnetic Spectrum, but there are times when I am left with the PHYSICAL EFFECTS of what was done to me, generally in the early hours of the morning, when I am at my most vulnerable i.e. sleep. 

The Right lower cheekbone area has like some type of laser burn but not cut, along with what appeared to be a water blister that had also formulated, but these are the type of PHYSICAL MUTILATIONS that are inflicted upon me physically by members of this State, Corporate and Academia - sponsored, sanctioned and covered up Domestic, Cyber/Electronic, and Biological-Technological Terrorist Organization.
