The following You Tube Video was posted to show the Extreme High Frequency of Rapid Cycles Per Second/Millisecond are not the natural sounds of Crickets, but a Modified U.S. Military Grade Acoustic Weapons System that runs off Wireless Directional Ultrasound Speakers, Microphones that pick up external noise/sounds, and Mixer that can be accessed and control the noise volume and levels of sound being blasted.

Although, the Direct Energy Weapons Systems are mainly directed and projected at me the Targeted Individual, and other Target's in different locations, in order to harass us out of our living spaces, there is a much more Strategic and Tactical Operation being Set Up within ALL these Geographical Residential Locations.

I have come to this CONCLUSION because THE NOISE CAMPAIGN is External that is Projected Internal to my Living Space.  This means the External Noises, Frequencies, Sounds, etc. can be RECORDED -

As such, the MAIN GOAL is to SET UP SHOP, where Trained Community Members can now Access these GEOGRAPHICALLY SET UP DIRECT ENERGY WEAPONS SYSTEMS - in order to Terrorize, Harass, Torture existing, and/or new People out of Entire Neighborhoods, where Trained Community Members, and the Weapons System are now Fully Set Up and Operational that can be DIRECTED, PROJECTED and FIRED at ANYONE within these Geographical NEIGHBORHOODS -

This is where a Multicultural form of Gentrification comes in, whereby this Domestic Terrorist Network is now Seeking to Take Over Entire Locations where ONLY THEIR KIND - are allowed to reside, while others within their Set Up Geo Locations, who do not go with their program or are not a party to their KIND can now be Targeted because ENTIRE WEAPONS SYSTEMS are SET UP to TARGET ANYWHERE, and ANYONE within that Geographical Location.

UPDATE:  Robin Williams Had Parkinson's Disease, Wife Reveals In Touching Statement

If, this is true, that Robin Williams was suffering from early Stages of Parkinson's, than I am convinced he was Targeted.  Parkinson's Disease is a degenerative disorder of the central nervous system. The motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease result from the death of dopamine-generating cells in the substantia nigra, a region of the midbrain; the cause of this cell death is unknown. Early in the course of the disease, the most obvious symptoms are movement-related; these include shaking, rigidity, slowness of movement and difficulty with walking and gait.

UPDATE: Robin Williams Died in an Apparent Suicide by Hanging

Now you know something is amiss.  Here we go with the Depression and Suicide attachment.  More like Targeted, and influenced or coerced.  The term is called, "suicided" the question becomes who were his Handlers'?

As a Targeted Individual, when something crosses my purview, in particular current news, that STANDS OUT as being not right, I will being the process of looking a little closer at the circumstances surrounding it.

In the case of Comedic Genius Artist, Robin Williams that was the case for me.

Why?  My Theory.

1. Robin Williams was a rare artist in that he had the capacity to instantly analyze vast forms of information and come up with an accurate analysis.  Because of this, he does something that I do, which is called - WHAT COMES TO MIND, COMES RIGHT OUT OF THE MOUTH - where there is little to no, censorship.

Here is an excerpt from a 2002 HBO Special, Robin Williams, Live on Broadway - Part 5, show just how Astute he was in analysis, and speaking it in the Context of his Stand Up Comedic Show.  

This segment, shows shows True Genius, and the Ability to use his Comedic Talent to Educate and Inform the American Public.  He, along with George Carlin, Richard Pryor, Dave Chappelle have or had this talent - and were generally not afraid to use it.  This 2002 HBO Special was performed in New York City, about a year after 9/11, but Williams was willing to Call It and Speak it to this NYC Audience.
What he assessed, to be absolutely True
1. National Security
2. Homeland Security
3. Afghanistan and War- it's unnecessary redundancy -
4. Government Corruption
5. Cover Ups i.e. Enron, and Appointing Corporate Executive into Defense Jobs

It is beginning to appear that People like Williams, or Journalist Michael Hastings, and others, are being Listed because of these unique abilities to get to the Rub of Issues, Identify them, Analyze them, and then Expose them - The larger your Member Base, the more people you will ultimately have the ability to reach.  And the more this DEEP STATE feels the need to Target you.  


Targeted Individual's such as myself have simply been used as Disposable Collateral Damage, Scapegoated Human Guinea Pigs that are Abused and Tortured for Target Practice, and in order to have 'safe zones' where they can recruit and train their personnel on how to utilize these Department of Defense/National Security Tactics, Techniques, and Weaponized Technologies, be they Remote Electronic Warfare, Computer and Telecommunication Network Exploitation and Attacks, to Exposure to High Levels of Radio Frequency, Non Ionizing Radiation, in the form of Non Kinetic/Less Lethal Direct Energy/Radio Frequency, Electromagnetic Anti-Personnel Crowd Control Weapons, along with Biological-Technological Weapons of Mass Destruction in the form of Weaponized Neurotechnologies. 

So, when the Deep State decides to Target Bigger Named Target's or those Blacklisted, because of their Status and Ability to EXPOSE what is really going on, in this Nationwide Network from the DEEP STATE, they will have already Recruited, Trained, and Perfected their TACTICS, TECHNIQUES, and most all the Weaponized Technologies, and Biological-Technological Weapons would be Fully Operational. 

I believe Robin Williams would be one of those they THOUGHT or FELT could REACH PEOPLE and WARN THEM via this TRUTH THROUGH COMEDY -

 The reason I question is because part of Targeting is to Extensively PROFILE the Individual.  Looking for ANY WEAKNESS' and TRIGGERS that can be EXPLOITED either Publicly to Humiliate, Discredit, or Blackmail - etc. or EXPLOITED against the Target in order to get them to SELF DESTRUCT - i.e. addictions -

If, there are any "Weakness" or "Trigger Points" that can be exploited, they will be utilized.

For example, TRIGGERS that causes an addict to Start Using Again: i.e. Locations, Feelings, Smells, Environment, and People will be PLACED in the Path of that Target - so as to Weaken their Resolve.  The same goes for Psychological Manipulation and Trauma Based Behavioral Modification, and Conditioning that can be TRIGGERED, through visuals, acoustics, keywords or phrases, motion, etc. 


In, 2009 Robin Williams had open heart surgery, and like men of his intellect, he researched what he felt were his best options, and best doctors to perform this open heart surgery.  After the surgery, he lost weight, got into shape, and appeared to be doing extremely well.  To include his continued work in film.

In, 2011 he marries his third wife, and what now appears to be the beginning of Slow Kill Process into Self Destruction.  

By, 2014 - it is said, he relapsed into his addiction, went into re-rehabilitation, not necessarily for complete relapse, but possible mental breakdown, was severely depressed, and on 11 August 2014 was found of what now appears to be an apparent suicide.

NOW HERE IS HOW IT'S BEING WRITTEN:

ROBIN WILLIAMS WITH A PAST HISTORY OF X, Y, Z - WAS FOUND DEAD OF AN APPARENT SUICIDE - LOOKING BACK AT HIS 'ADDICTION' IT IS CLEAR TO SEE HE SIMPLY FELL OFF THE WAGON, and BECAME DEPRESSED - 

NICE, AND TIDY - SIMPLE - NO ONE WILL QUESTION, EVERYONE WILL MOVE ON -

The same was done with Journalist GARY WEBB  - depressed, shot himself in the head two times of an apparent Suicide - they omit the fact that Gary Webb EXPOSED CIA/CONTRA and CIA BRINGING CRACK COCAINE Into Los Angeles, and other Poor Minority Neighborhoods.  Was fired from his job at the San Jose Mercury, his reputation was completely shattered, he was discredited and - his journalist peers ridiculed and rejected him - FOR TELLING THE TRUTH

with Journalist Michael Hastings - appears he went back to using drugs, was acting paranoid, said the FBI had him under Surveillance, left his apartment, SMASHED his brand new Mercedes Benz at high speeds, into a Tree on Highland Aves, South of Melrose in Hollywood at 04:30AM.  The Mercedes Exploded into Flames and the Engine found 200 plus feet north of the southbound vehicle.  The Driver Died Instantly.  NO FOUL PLAY  - Dead for TELLING the TRUTH.

WHAT IS LEFT OUT - is what TARGET'S KNOW - because we have been the Victims of these type of HIT JOBS.  These are no Accident's ....

Yahoo Email Hacking and Deletion of UHAUL Payment History, Reminders, and Records - SYSTEMATIC TARGETING UHAUL ACCT HISTORY

I did not receive my August, 2014 UHaul Notice about Storage Rental.  Upon doing a Search of my Yahoo Email Account where I receive these Reminder Notices, I noticed something even more alarming, all Emails Pertaining to my U-Haul Storage from June, 2014 had been SYSTEMATICALLY DELETED OUT OF MY EMAIL ACCONT.

What this means is:
1. Payment Receipts PDF Files downloaded after Storage Payments, and Attached to Several Private Email Accounts were Sourced, then SYSTEMATICALLY DELETED OUT OF ALL EMAIL ACCOUNTS -
2. Monthly Storage Reminders, being deleted out of my Email so that I would somehow Forget to make my monthly Payments
3. Any other records that pertained to my U-Haul Storage also deleted.



What I also found was that EVERY SINGLE ONE of my ALTERNATE EMAIL ACCOUNTS - were HACKED INTO, and the EXACT SAME DELETION OF RECORDS TRANPSIRED.

On -  04 August 2014 - Targeted Individual Kenneth Baker was SHOT (3) Times on an Anaheim, CA Highway, by an Unknown Assailant.  Mr. Baker although wounded, felt it necessary to follow the shooter in order to obtain more identifying information about the man who shot him, i.e. License Plate, Color, Make, Model of Vehicle.

Freeway Shooting Victim: ‘I Noticed Blood Trickling Down

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — The victim of Monday’s shooting on the 91 freeway, who pursued his assailant until California Highway Patrol officers could arrive, spoke with CBS2 on Tuesday to describe the ordeal.

Shooting victim Ken Baker was transitioning from the I-5 to the 91 freeway Monday when another driver pulled a gun and began firing at him.

Bullets shattered the driver’s-side window of Baker’s vehicle, causing glass to burst into his face.

Baker then gave chase.

“It blew up in my face; I didn’t know what happened,” Baker recalled. “And I pursued the guy, and I got as far as probably Harbor Boulevard, and I noticed blood trickling down to my chest, and I realized possibly I’d been shot.”

Baker’s left arm was hit by three bullets, one of which also entered his chest through his ribcage.

Police Tuesday identified the suspected in the shooting as Jerry Valentin, 32, of Scottsdale, Ariz.

While Baker says he had never seen the man before, he did get a look at his weapon.

“I looked over and saw a man pointing something at me; it was two lanes over,” Baker said. “And I went in pursuit of the man from speeds from 65 to 95 (mph).”

Baker, a truck driver by trade, never let Valentin’s vehicle out of his sight during his pursuit, despite Valentin weaving through traffic to get away.

During the pursuit, Baker contacted a 911 dispatcher and relayed the details. CHP cruisers then sped to the 91 freeway, stopped Valentin and put him in handcuffs as Baker was wheeled to a hospital.

“If I had let the man go, I would have never seen him again,” Baker stated. “I do not want anybody going out and shooting people that are innocent.”

Valentin, who is reportedly an artist, has been booked on suspicion of attempted murder and is due in court Wednesday.

When a driver shot at him on the 91 Freeway in Fullerton, Kenneth Baker was not about to let him go.

"Had I not chased him down, the man would have gotten away," Baker said.

On Monday afternoon, 32-year-old Jerry Valentin, of Arizona, shot multiple times at Baker's car.

"For what reason I don't know. I never got close to him. I don't know the man. I've never seen him in my life," Baker said.

Baker was hit three times in the arm and his car was riddled with holes.

"I felt some leaking going down and I saw that my shirt was full of blood," Baker said.

But instead of panicking, Baker, who has a background in law enforcement, chased after Valentin in his car, going up to 95 mph. Then, he called 911.

 Ken Baker recovers Wednesday after being shot two days earlier while driving his SUV. After the shooting, he called the California Highway Patrol on his cellphone to report the attack from someone in another vehicle on the 91.
 

SANTA ANA – Kenneth Baker was cruising on the 91 freeway, listening to the radio, when suddenly the driver’s side window of his 2005 Ford Expedition exploded, sending glass flying.

Baker was stunned but soon realized he was in a life-and-death struggle.

“I felt blood coming down my chest,” he said. “I felt it drizzle.”

But Baker, though seriously wounded, said he didn’t think twice about calling 911 Monday afternoon while pursuing his assailant in a harrowing, high-speed chase.

“I’m not letting this guy go,” said Baker, a 57-year-old truck driver and former reserve police officer from Santa Ana, recalling what he told emergency dispatchers, who repeatedly ordered him to give up the pursuit. “I didn’t want to stop.”

Within minutes, authorities pulled over a driver and arrested Jerry Valentin, 32, of Scottsdale, Ariz., in connection with the shooting.

Valentin was charged Wednesday in Orange County Superior Court with attempted murder, shooting at an occupied vehicle, aggravated assault and unlawful possession of an unregistered firearm inside a vehicle, plus sentencing enhancements for personal discharge of a firearm causing great bodily injury, personal use of a firearm, and great bodily injury.

Valentin is accused of driving alongside Baker’s Expedition and using a handgun, loaded with shotgun rounds, to fire at least one round at the driver’s side. Valentin then discarded the gun on the freeway, prosecutors said.

Sitting Wednesday morning on the porch of his Santa Ana home, Baker, who still has shotgun pellets lodged in his left shoulder and near a lung, recounted his brush with death.

It was around 4:20 p.m. Monday and Baker was merging onto the 91 eastbound from the 5 southbound freeway near Fullerton. He was listening to a traffic report and was concerned about making a doctor’s appointment in Anaheim Hills on time. Baker instinctively glanced over his left shoulder at an SUV with Arizona plates two lanes away.

Suddenly, there was a deafening boom.

“The window on my driver’s side exploded,” Baker said.

He said he initially thought the other driver had thrown something through his window. He floored the Expedition and began following the SUV at more than 95 mph as it weaved in and out of traffic on the 91.

Minutes into the chase, Baker realized he was shot and in trouble.

But he was determined to catch the shooter and used his cellphone to give emergency dispatchers a play-by-play of the pursuit.
The Fullerton Police Department released an audio clip of Baker's 911 call on Wednesday.
"They took out my window and I think my arm is shot," he can be heard telling a dispatcher. "I'm trying to catch up to them now."

“The California Highway Patrol told me to end the pursuit,” Baker said. “I told them I’m shot.”

Baker estimated he chased the SUV for 15 miles, past East Street, State College Boulevard, Imperial Highway and toward Weir Canyon, while bleeding profusely.

“He was cutting off cars on the 91,” Baker said. “He faked like he was getting off the freeway.”

CHP troopers raced to the scene and took over the pursuit. A motorcycle officer drove up alongside Baker, asked him to pull over and stay inside his vehicle.

“I wanted to get out and see the bullet holes,” Baker said.

The Expedition parked in Baker’s driveway still bears the evidence of his encounter. Eight shotgun pellet holes mark the driver’s side door and window. Inside the door, Baker’s blood is mingled with shattered glass.

Baker wasn’t thrilled about the fuss paramedics made over his wounds.

“I told them to take some pliers, pull the bullets out, bandage me up and I’ll be on my way,” he said. He was treated and released from UCI Medical Center in Orange.

Baker said he picked out Valentin’s photo from a police lineup, but has never met him and is unaware of a motive for the shooting.

Nor have authorities released a motive for the shooting. Valentin is being held in the Orange County Jail on $1 million bail. If convicted, he faces a maximum sentence of 25 years to life in state prison. A pretrial hearing is set for Aug. 14.

“There was no reason to shoot me. I didn’t do anything,” Baker said. “Whatever motivation he had, it was stupid.”

Despite the outcome for Baker, it’s unwise for motorists to pursue criminal suspects, Fullerton police Sgt. Kathryn Hamel said.

“We encourage citizens to be involved but would advise against following armed individuals,” she said. “They should instead call their local law enforcement agency immediately.”

WHAT HAPPENED?

I was finishing up an email to a fellow Target, sent it out, then decided to go outside to smoke, since that is what I do several times a day.  I noticed the new move in Korean Male speaking with an LAPD Officer, I was looking over, and after this Officer finished speaking with this Korean Male, he calls out to me and tells me to COME OVER where he is.  When asked WHY?  He states BECAUSE I SAID SO - When asked WHY AGAIN - He says because he has some Questions.  When asked what Questions do you have?  He would not speak unless I went over to him...

Since this UNKNOWN CALLER, or Some Letter of Complaint for NO KNOWN INCIDENT TAKING PLACE at the time, was Here, was another Red Flag beyond his attitude demanding to speak to me, thus the Only way I would converse with this LAPD Officer was to RECORD the Conversation, which I let him know I would be doing. 

(NOTE: The Korean Male is now attempting to state he had no idea what was going on??? - same male who already did theatrics falsely accusing me of hitting his vehicle - so his lies don't work on me)

LAPD Chong's GREATEST MISTAKE was to slip and call me EUNICE - even though in the video upon being asked my name by Officer Chong, I clearly stated my Full Name - 

There is a collaborative COVER UP taking place, and this Targeting was sanctioned by various LAPD Employees - and this Chong appears to be yet another one in the Asian/Korean Connection, like the other younger Asian Officer that came twice to this location to speak to Dan, but only after Dan had inside information, and ensured he was not at this location when LAPD Arrived. 

This could be in part because the Property Owner's son stated that he had two siblings, one who works for the NYPD, and another in the FBI - If, this is a True Statement by the Property Owner, Song Cha Choe's SON - then what we have here is MAJOR COVER UP CENTRAL at 901 S. Catalina, Los Angeles, CA - in Systemic Obstruction of Justice and Conspiracy Against Rights.
