BED BUG VIDEOS FROM MARCH 29, 2014 BOX SPRING AND EXTERMINATORS

Premeditated Plan to Minimize the Magnitude of "All" that transpired in reference to not only the Bed Bug Incident but also the Tenant Matt leaving this residential location.   Due to the Bed Bugs, How he was treated by the Rental Agent Keith Kim when he let him know about it - The way the Owner's Daughter Patty got up in my face, called me a Bitch and started screaming at me - but the final straw - early the next morning 12:45-1 am, while we were outside, for me still waiting to air out my room - - His/Matt being physically attacked/slapped by another Tenant. 

And, what is also happening, is the Premeditated Motive to get new Tenant Matt OUT of his room, once they realized he was no Push Over, actually could think for himself, and could not be Led like the rest of the Sheeple Residential Perps.  Thus, already having this Korean Female waiting to move in -once they Harassed Tenant Matt to leave.

As such, on Saturday, April 5, 2014 - a Korean Female, in her 20s, driving a Gold Saturn, California Plates 4RJX184, started moving belongings into the room that Tenant Matt vacated.   

Here are the Public Health problems with Moving that Korean Female into that room.
1. The Exterminators are coming back on Saturday, April 12, 2014 - to again Spray the Mattresses and Rooms, not just my room, but also the Room Tenant Matt vacated.

2. At this point, that Room, since it is Vacated should be Sprayed Again, Aired out, then Cleaned prior to new occupancy, since that was where Matt sustained such viscous Bites.  But because the Owner, along with "all" other Recruited Perps' want to Minimize the entire situation, this Female Perp is moving into the building.


HERE IS WHERE PREMEDITATED MOTIVES COMES INTO PLAY - YET AGAIN - By moving so FAST in Moving this 20 something Korean Female in - The following become more Appraent:

1. That the room was with Premeditated intent (infected with Bed Bugs) in order to Motive (get Tenant Matt to Leave)
2. That My room was deliberately infected with Bed Bugs under the Box Spring in the hopes of getting the same thing to happen.
3. That this female was already in line to take over, long before the Bed Bug Infection of Tenant Matt's room, because it was figured out that this Tenant Matt actually had a brain, could think for himself, and ultimately was no follower that could be led by Tenant Michael, and the other Tenants. 

Also note:  On Friday, April 4, 2014 - I noticed Tenant Casey moving my Box Spring out onto the Street - by Today it was picked up on gone.  Thus, this Korean Female moving in today, was already in motion, and Tenant Casey was told to Move the Box Spring out in order to Get Rid of Evidence.  (see below the two videos taken on March 29, 2014 - prior to the spraying, and the Box Spring in question)

Good thing I video taped on March 29, 2014, prior to having to leave my room because upon seeing Casey put the Box Spring on the Street, and Seeing how fast it was picked up, and having experienced the Reverse Tactics by utilizing Minimization of the True Magnitude of any given situation, and Reverse Blaming projected at the Real Victim's - in this case Tenant Matt, and Myself - by the Blatant Pathological Liars, and Lying that come out of the mouths of these recruited Residential and Community Street Terrorism Cult Members'  -   Only a Victim of such viscous and violent tactics, can already surmise what is coming next, and like clockwork - the Korean Female Moves into former Tenant Matt's room, this afternoon, April 5, 2014.

March 29, 2014:  Here is my Box Spring that the Exterminator's found the BED BUGS in, this Box Spring was directly on the floor without a frame.  The metal frame seen in the video was what I asked to be brought in, along with wooden slats (which I was not provided) in order to LIFT the Mattress off the floor - so any alive Bed Bugs could not re-attach to the bed. 

March 29, 2014:  Here are the Exterminators in my room ready to spray the mattress and box spring, which I decided posed too much of a Health Risk to me, and removed it out of my room

PREMEDITATED with Defined MOTIVE for Recent BED BUG Infestation by Residential & Community Street Terrorism Group: Get Me & Another Tenant to Leave or Cause Me Problems To Try to Evict Me Out

Premeditation is planning, plotting or deliberating before doing something. For example, murder by poisoning automatically includes an element of premeditation. Premeditation is an element in first degree murder and shows the element of intent necessary to convict of the crime.

Motive
An idea, belief, or emotion that impels a person to act in accordance with that state of mind.
Motive is usually used in connection with Criminal Law to explain why a person acted or refused to act in a certain way—for example, to support the prosecution's assertion that the accused committed the crime. If a person accused of murder was the beneficiary of a life insurance policy on the deceased, the prosecution might argue that greed was the motive for the killing.

Motive
Motive can be defined as some inner drive, feeling or impulse which causes a person to do something or act in a certain way. It is a willful desire that leads one to act. Motive is important in criminal law as it is the cause that makes a person do a certain action. Understanding the motive behind a crime helps in the understanding of the crime. Motive in itself is not a necessary element of any crime or offense however, by proving motive it is possible to understand the accused’s reasons for committing a crime.

Based upon what came out in anger by the Rental Agent Keith Kim about how the Owner, and Several of the Resident's wanted me OUT of the Building, and the Threats he made about failure to pay rent, three days notice, and how in court he could get "several" residents to testify against me, etc.  All Harassing, Retaliatory and Intimidation Tactics based on the Bed Bug Issue - 


Begins to prove and show something called : MOTIVE that is now unfolding and is becoming established for me, in reference to the insidious Residential and Community Harassment that transpires in order to Get Me Out of this Neighborhood.  

It was repeatedly stated to me about just how many Resident's have Want Me Out of This Building, to include the Owner - If, there are that many individuals who are coming against me, to now include the Rental Agent - There has been a collaborative and collective  "MOTIVE" - on the part of these Individual's.  

As such, with that much collective, hive minded, group think, it is not so Far Fetched that the BED BUGS found under the Box Spring, were strategically placed there by now, what appears to be a large coalition of Resident's who would participate or have knowledge of 'WHO" did this, in order to cause a Public Health issue for me, additional undue Stress, and the sheer out and out retaliatory Harassment, and Hostility Exhibited by the Owner's Daughter, and then the Rental Agent.  

This is why it now becomes Legally Necessary to have this entire Building of all (20) Room, Kitchen's, Bathrooms, etc INSPECTED by the Los Angeles Country Public Health Department.  If, it is found only to be ISOLATED to Former Tenant Matt's room, and MY Room, then the BED BUGS were placed in our Rooms.  

In particular MY ROOM, because it was Clearly Established based on what the Rental Agent Keith Kim had to say about HOW MANY PEOPLE WANTED ME EVICTED - that they would in point of literal fact place these BED BUGS in my room.  

TYPES OF RESIDENTIAL and COMMUNITY STREET TERRORISM HARASSMENT SUSTAINED

I have already been to the Los Angeles Police Department Vermont Station, where I filed a complaint Removal of Items request in reference to Thumb Drive that Disappeared, small items taken, or supplies depleted, and explained that it was Residential and Community Harassment/Street Terrorism.  I was provided a Report Number, but not the actual report.  (this mean Access into my Locked Room from some source or keyed access) - LAPD suggested I move - but I am not the One who is Harassing others - therefore, why should I be forced to move because a Domestic Terrorist Cult has been allowed to commit such insidious violence. 

I have complained to the owner about people tampering with the Hot and Cold Water, when I take showers, from which they stopped using the Washing Machine, but they just utilize other Water in other parts of the building.  I have been scaled with near boiling water on several occasions.  

Noise Campaigns: utilizing Directional Ultrasound Systems, which Project and Blast into my private living space - External Loud Acoustic Frequencies and Street Mic'd Sounds being blasted into the privacy of my living space - the Infrasonic/Ultrasonic Vibro-Acoustics that Resonates heavily within my room - and in various locations throughout the building

Electronic Warfare, Cyber Warfare, Computer Network Exploitation, Computer Network Attacks - 

and

Field Testing and/or Fully Developed Anti Personnel Less Lethal Direct Energy Weapons Blasting, not to mention the Experimental Cognitive Neurotechnologies Targeting. 

As such, when it comes to Residential and Community Street Terrorism, it is not so Far Fetched to realize the EXTENT of Radicalized Extremism coming from these Recruited Sleeper Cell/Informants, and what they are capable of doing.  

In the case of Working to Get Me In Trouble and Evicted - it would appear Causing a Deliberate Public Health Issue in the form of BED BUGS - is something these Resident's and Community Street Terrorist's are fully cognizant, and capable of plotting, planning, and executing such a Public Health and Safety Issue, but only Isolating it to Specific Target's.  

This is why I will continue to PUSH for the LA County Public Health Department to conduct an INSPECTION Upon this ENTIRE BUILDING - because as the "OTHER" Tenant's state, they are not having any problems.  But these would be the same Tenant's that want me Evicted from this Residential Location - 

If, they come up with no problems - then, it will prove these BED BUGS were Strategically Placed under my Box Spring, or in my room, and in Tenant Matt's room.  Matt only lasted Three Weeks, and Now he is GONE.  Just what they wanted, once they figured out, he was no Dunce who would go sheepishly along with this Residential and Community Street Terrorism and Targeting of other people.  

As for myself, Rental Agent Keith Kim, made a grave Error, by publicly admitting to me the number of Resident's that has Come Against Me - Which then gives rise to MOTIVE on All these Resident's Part, to conspire, collaborate, then execute a plan that would make my living space and situations so unbearable, and now public health and safety issues, that like the other Tenant Matt, would LEAVE.  

But instead of doing that, I am able to show and start to PROVE how pervasive and dangerous this Residential and Community Street Terrorism Group truly is.  That there is nothing they will not do to an Unarmed, Defenseless, Innocent person, that has been Scapegoated, and Set Up - and this includes CAUSING A PUBLIC HEALTH and SAFETY ISSUE for that TARGET.  

THERE IS CLEAR MOTIVE on the Part of "all the residents" who will come against me, that want em OUT of this Building, at this location -as Rental Agent Keith Kim, continued to repeat over, and over - but by admitting this, shows me that there is MOTIVE on the Part of "all these resident's to conspire to come up with WAYS in which to Actively Harass, Terrorize, Torture, and cause bodily injury just to get me OUT.  This now appears to be the case with the BED BUGS.  

A Premeditated Act with Motive on the part of "all these resident's and community members" - to conspire to commit, actively participating and/or having knowledge of, and then plotting, planning, and executing this plan- which was to infest my room/box spring, along with a new Tenant who was smart enough to not be manipulated by the Resident perps with Bed Bugs. 


... A Hate Crime is one crime that requires proof of a certain motive. Generally, a hate crime is motivated by the defendant's belief regarding a protected status of the victim, such as the victim's religion, sex, disability, customs, or national origin. In states that prosecute hate crimes, the prosecution must prove that the defendant was motivated by animosity toward a protected status of the victim. Hate-crime laws are exceptions to the general rule that proof of motive is not required in a criminal prosecution.

In Civil Law a plaintiff generally need not prove the respondent's motive in acting or failing to act. One notable exception to this general rule is the tort of Malicious Prosecution. In a suit for malicious prosecution, the plaintiff must prove, in part, that the respondent was motivated by malice in subjecting the plaintiff to a civil suit. The same applies for a malicious criminal prosecution.


I will continue to pursue and request the Los Angeles County Public Health Department to conduct a Full Building i.e. ALL (20) ROOMS, Kitchen's and Bathrooms Inspection - because it will Determine if the Building is Infested or Two Specific Rooms were Strategically TARGETED.  i.e. Former Tenant Matt and My Room, on opposite sides of the building, hence STRATEGIC BED BUG TARGETING.

MOTIVE REVEALED: Rental Agent Keith Kim INVALIDATES his Claims Against Me, by Allowing Same Behavior in Another Tenant.

Keith shows up to pick up the Rent, but had all the Talking Points he was attempting to utilize in place.

1. There are several Complaints by other Tenants about the things You Say - 

The only problem I actually do not speak with most of the residents, and only started with a couple therefore most of what is being STATED as a Complaint, are actually these RESIDENTS LISTENING into the PRIVACY of what is being stated within the Privacy of my living space.  Therefore, these individuals are not actually being Confronted or Spoken to by me, but in point of legal and literal fact are HEARING what I am saying - Whether I am On my calls generally FIVE HOURS or MORE A DAY - which means they are the ONE'S LISTENING IN - and THEN MAKING COMPLAINTS BASED ON PRIVACY INVASION.  

2. That he can take a poll and vote and they would vote to have you out of this building (conspiracy)

3. That I should pay the rent - but I already have transcribed a recording of the conversation for documentation purposes and at no time within the scope of the conversation with Keith did I deny paying the rent.

4. Every argument Keith attempted to make was met with SOLID DOCUMENTED FACTS - to include his stating that I was Twisting his words, upon which I said I am quoting Transcribed information.

5. Keith then shifted to stating about me having a KNIFE - was making a total false claim and this will be brought to the attention of Attorney's because I was sitting and utilizing both my hands to speak to him.  (thus false danger, utilized for defamation of character)

6. Upon Resident Michael Interrupting the conversation I was having with Rental Agent Keith Kim - who admitted to calling me a BITCH - because I was rude.  Thus a contradiction because calling me a Bitch in front of the Rental Agent is being Rude, so too is interrupting a conversation that I am having with the Rental Agent.

a. Thus what you have is a Tenant Michael who claims I am Rude - Yet by the very nature of

1. Interrupting the private conversation I was having with the Rental Agent Keith Kim -
2. By telling Keith He called me a BITCH - because I had called the owners Daughter a Bitch - but that was because earlier in the day she had called me one.

Thus, Resident Michael stated that I was RUDE - yet, I did not CALL HIM ANYTHING - nor Directed what I had to say about the Owner's Daughter at him because I do not speak to him.

Therefore, In both instances I was able to PROVE to the Rental Agent - that I was not the person initiating anything against Resident Michael who continues to call me rude.  But he admitted on Tape and Video that He in point of fact is the PERSON who is being RUDE - by way of calling me a BITCH.  and IT WAS WITNESSED BY KEITH.

Meaning, Any statements coming from Michael - once again can be legally challenged since - in particular the notion that I am RUDE - because by the very nature of what he did by

1. Interrupting my private conversation with the rental agent
2. admitting to calling me a Bitch - when the conversation was not directed at or towards or about him - but he felt he had the right to INTERJECT - and CALL ME A BITCH -

3. He/Michael was LISTENING to my private conversation with Rental Agent Keith Kim (SPYING and LISTENING INTO CONVERSATIONS and THEN INTERRUPTING by coming to my room door, and demanding to interrupt, and admits to calling me a BITCH)

6. Upon this transpiring, I immediately complained to Keith that this is what I was talking about this Resident has NO BOUNDARIES and he proved it by coming up and interrupting the private conversation I was having with him/Keith Kim, Rental Agent.  That He talks to me like that all the time, calls me names, etc.  


7. Rent payments.  The way Keith attempted to make it look was since I could pay - I should have done it on the first.  But, if he is confronting me in such a manner, so, too should he be confronting ALL RESIDENTS to ensure their rent is PAID ON THE 1ST - and IF THEY DO NOT - then he should be HARASSING THEM ABOUT THE MONEY - the WAY HE DID within the context of the conversation I had today.  The point being - Biased Behavior

THIS IS WHERE THE ENTIRE THREATS OF EVICTION, COMPLAINTS BY "OTHERS", ALONG WITH THE REST OF WHAT KEITH WAS SAYING - Become Invalid and legally Moot -

Keith Kim's immediate response was He/Michael can say whatever he wants to whomever he wants -
This was reiterated several times to me after I attempted to complain to the rental agent about what he had just witnessed which was Michael interfering, interrupting, and making derogatory statements - from which Rental Agent Keith Kim continued to state that He/Michael could say whatever he wanted - therefore, telling me that my complaints were not valid -

But by Rental Agent Keith Kim making such a comment, in order to invalidate my concerns and complaints by stating that Tenant Michael could say whatever he wanted, to whomever he wanted - then TOTALLY INVALIDATES EVERY SPACIOUS CLAIM KEITH MADE TO ME -

Because by VIRTUE OF BEING ABLE TO SAY WHATEVER YOU WANT TO WHOMEVER YOU WANT - NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYONE - THEREFORE, EVERY CONCERN AND COMPLAINT MADE BY ANY TENANT AGAINST ME - CANNOT BE MADE OR CONSIDERED VALID - SINCE RENTAL AGENT - STATED FOR THE RECORD AND REPEATEDLY THAT THIS TENANT MICHAEL COULD SAY WHATEVER HE WANTED TO WHOMEVER HE WANTED -

And IF THERE ARE COMPLAINTS ABOUT SPYING -

Since the very thing Tenant Michael continues to complain about is the VERY THING HE DID - the Moment He/Michael walked up to my Door and completely Interrupted my Private Conversation with the Rental Agent who was in my Room - and became aggressive and compelled to SPEAK - and would have kept on going had I not gotten up and closed the door in his face.  (WHAT MICHAEL WAS DOING WAS SPYING AND LISTENING INTO THAT PRIVATE CONVERSATION AND THEN LITERALLY INTERRUPTING THE CONVERSATION) -
Two major problems with that:
1. If, Tenant Michael can say whatever he wants to whomever he wants to include Talking Shit about me  - then Tenant Michael has ZERO RIGHT to INTERFERE with my Private Conversation with the Rental Agent.  And, i was not talking shit about him but explaining to the Rental Agent the Quote Michael has publicly berated and verbally abused me with.
2. If, Michael has made any claims or complaints about SPYING / LISTENING into their CONVERSATIONS - he just proved and revoked that claim by
1. listening and spying on the Private Conversations i was having with Rental Agent Keith Kim
2. Directly Interfering with the Private Conversation I was having by Interrupting and Admitting to calling me a Bitch -

But most of all - ANY COMPLAINTS MADE BY THE "OTHER" RESIDENTS BECOME HIGHLY SUSPECT - SINCE THE VERY THINGS THEY CLAIM - ARE THE VERY THINGS - THEY ARE DOING THEMSELVES - IN PARTICULAR THIS RESIDENT MICHAEL -

And when pushed Keith could not name anyone save MICHAEL who was making the single most Complaints against me -

But most of all - EVERYTHING RENTAL AGENT KEITH KIM ATTEMPTED TO ACCUSE ME OF - BECAME TOTALLY INVALIDATED THE MOMENT HE STATED AND THEN REPEATEDLY STATED - HE/MICHAEL COULD SAY WHATEVER HE WANTED TO WHOMEVER HE WANTED -

That means - whatever I say - I can say to Whomever I want - and I should NOT SUFFER RETALIATION -

Since, My complaint to the Rental Agent - after Tenant Michael - was Spying and Listening to my Private Conversation with Rental Agent Keith Kim - that he felt COMPELLED AFTER LISTENING AND SPYING ON THIS PRIVATE CONVERSATION - TO GET UP - WALK TO MY DOOR AND INTERRUPT AND THEN INTERFERE WITH THIS PRIVATE CONVERSATION - ALL BASED ON LISTENING AND SPYING UPON THIS CONVERSATION -

Thus - NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT TO COMPLAIN - SINCE MY VERBAL COMPLAINT BY FIRST HAND WITNESS TO HOW THIS TENANT OPERATES - SPYING AND LISTENING TO MY CONVERSATIONS - THEN PHYSICALLY GETTING, WALKING TO MY ROOM, AND NOT ONLY INTERRUPTS, AND DISRUPTING MY PRIVATE CONVERSATION WITH THE RENTAL AGENT - BUT THIS TENANT  FELT COMPELLED TO INTERJECT AND ADMITS TO CALLING ME A BITCH - EVEN THOUGH - IT WAS BASED NOT ON ME ATTACKING HIM, OR MAKING ANY COMMENTS AGAINST HIM, OR EVEN WAS THE CONVERSATION BEING STATED TO HIM - BUT BECAUSE ONCE AGAIN - HE FELT COMPELLED TO INTERFERE, INTERJECT, AND MAKE A DEROGATORY STATEMENT AGAINST ME - IN FRONT OF WITNESSES - JUST LIKE RENTAL AGENT KEITH KIM - WITNESSED - AND FROM WHICH THIS TENANT WOULD NOT STOP UNTIL I HAD TO LITERALLY CLOSE MY BEDROOM DOOR IN HIS FACE - TO GET HIM TO LEAVE -

THOSE ARE THE TYPE OF LITERAL BOUNDARIES THIS MAN FEELS HE HAS THE RIGHT TO CROSS - AND I HAVE ASKED THE RENTAL AGENT KEITH KIM FOR HIS LAST NAME SO THAT I CAN FILE A RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST HIM - SO THAT HE IS NOT ALLOWED TO EVEN COME THAT CLOSE TO MY ROOM - WHEN SOMEONE CAN GET UP - AND REFUSES TO LEAVE - UNTIL YOU HAVE TO SHUT A DOOR IN HIS FACE - THAT PERSON HAS NO BOUNDARIES - BUT GOES AROUND TO ALL THE TENANTS CLAIMING I AM THE ONE -

Also, Rental Agent Keith Kim was the one who told me to get him on Video when he was doing such things - and upon having people entering the privacy of my room the Vermont Station LAPD told me having an audio recording of someone entering you room is good, but GETTING THEM ON VIDEO is better - as such - the SURVEILLANCE that I utilize due to these type of incidents -

As such I have a right to a HEALTHY AND SAFE LIVING ENVIRONMENT  - and by way of this Tenant who is inciting other residents (was informed about how bad the Guys outside talk major shit about me, mostly being incited by Michael) and who can come up and interfere with a private conversation and refuse to leave after having spied and listened to this private conversation - then refuse to LEAVE - and I am forced to Shut the Door in his face - and All Keith can say -
1. He did not come into your room
2. He can say whatever he wants -

WE HAVE A LEGAL PROBLEM WITH DOUBLE STANDARDS - DISCRIMINATORY ACTS BETWEEN A MALE TENANT AND A FEMALE TENANT - AND THE TAKING THE SIDE OF THE MALE TENANT -

Restraining order against Michael who cannot respect boundaries - and refuses to back off - today's coming to my door - and disrupting, interfering, and refusing to leave - proves that a cease and desist is now necessary - 


Incident from January 4, 2014 - I believe I say 2013 - but the Recording Date is Jan, 2014.  

Michael Provokes, Incites, Threatens, Grabs and Refuses to Back Away From Me 

And because of his total interference in coming to my room door, and interferring with the private conversation, from which Keith totally allowed him to attack me without saying a word -

Yet - upon going outside to find out what happened to Matt, he was immediately hostile and told me he was having a Private Conversation - a bit ironic that he allowed Michael to keep going during my private conversation with him, and it was in my room.

I was the one who had to get up and Close the Door in Michael Face in order to GET HIM THE HELL AWAY -

Rental Agent Keith Kim needs to understand, it is his job to be Neutral - the moment he stated for the record that he will no longer on my side.  It has nothing to do with sides, and everything to do with Fairness.  The moment he allowed Michael to interfere with our private conversation, did not tell Michael to remove or leave, but allowed him to berate and provoke me, then upon proving to this Rental Agent that this was what transpires - via my Formal Complaint it was met with He can say whatever he wants to whomever he wants -

This places me in danger, violates my rights to reside in a peaceful living environment, and therefore, by allowing this Tenant Michael to bridge such violation - does in point of legal and safety fact necessitate outside intervention - by way of a Restraining Order.    

Below video is to show that shortly after Keith Left, he went out to speak with the following Male Occupants.  The point being, by showing Bias and Prejudicial attitudes whereby, the Men are being allowed to say what they want, to include coming up with lies, but the moment I state there is an issue- nothing.  Also, note, Keith along with the Resident's and Owner have been fully aware of the Residential, Community and Street Terrorism, and have actively participated in all of it.  To include this pervasive Invasion of Privacy - Thus, Keith was never on my side - more like Either you are a part of the Domestic Terrorist Coalition of the Willing or You are not.  Once you have knowledge of this transpiring - and you remain silent - then You as that individual really are not on my side. 

Being on my side is to let me know the way Matt did about what has been Transpiring at this Residential Location.  Not accusing me of what Everyone Else is saying, but refusing to divulge those who Accuse - after all they do not seem to have problems Complaining.  

Needless to say, Matt is gone, because of the Bed Bugs, the way he was accused of bringing them in by Keith, the way the Owners Daughter Patty, jumped up called me a bitch, and screamed in my face (which he said he has Never seen before) and finally the physical assault, and attack he sustained by another Tenant Dan. 

Scary, and potential Danger that Dan is still here, considering, I was told by Keith that physically touching or attacking another Tenant are grounds for Immediate Rental Termination - yet you will see how Cozy Keith is speaking to Dan, Casey, and Michael, while Matt is gone.  And, upon asking Keith about where Matt was, and his stating he was Gone - Dan mockingly states, "can you get him back." and they Laugh. 

Thus, Rental Agent Keith Kim is supporting and advocating physical and verbal violence against other Tenant's, while berating me, based on what other Tenant's are about 95% of the time "hearing," me saying within the privacy of my living space, which is an invasion of privacy, then reporting and complaining about "hearing" something said by me, not because they were confronted in their faces by me, unless they First made some derogatory comment, that elicited a negative response from me, in self defense.

The following You Tube Video will provide a visual and documentation about what transpired this afternoon after receiving an incoming call from what appeared to be the Los Angeles County Public Health Department in reference to a Complaint I filed about Bed Bugs found under my Box Spring, the Exterminator Spraying, and hostility by the Owner's Daughter.  Upon calling back the incoming telephone number for follow up questions for Robert, at what I thought was the LA County Public Health Department, was Shocked to hear a Non Lethal Weapons Manufacture by the name of TigerLight answer the incoming call ID number.

a. His records showed that this location only had a Four Unit Dwelling, not (20) room rental.  Placed me on hold to check for more information.
b. Stated that the Building Owner and Myself would receive a Letter about Inspection and Fixing the problem, and that they had (21) days to comply.
c. I stated there may be other problems due to the comings and going every couple of months with residents, and that they/Bed Bugs could be in other locations within this dwelling.

Because I wanted to confirm something with this Robert, I simply called back the number via my PDA/Cell Phone Call History incoming call at 13:36 PM -

Upon the person at the other end Answering the phone, and realizing immediately it was NOT the Los Angeles County Public Health Department.  My silence at the beginning and confusion was totally due to NOT hearing someone stating that they were from the LA Country Public Health Department, but some Non Lethal Weapons Company.  Non Lethal in the form of Anti Personnel Incapacitation Weapons - to include this Brand New Non Lethal this man started telling me about.

What this may also begin to establishes for me is the Literal Fact, which I have documented repeatedly that This Private Residential Location - is being Utilized for Non Lethal or Less Lethal Weapons Field Testing, and/or Training - That these type of Non or Less Lethals and a myriad of other Less Lethal Anti Personnel Weapons are being put in the hands Civilian Group or Groups, under False Flag Operations (False flag operations are covert operations conducted by governments, corporations, or other organizations, which are designed to deceive the public in such a way that the operations appears as if they are being carried out by other entities), and the fraudulent guise of some Neighborhood Watch/Community Liaison Group - who have been so radicalized into extremism that they Fire these Less Lethal's Indiscriminately upon and against my living space, and human person.

As such, upon having this TigerLight answer the caller ID dial back, as opposed to me thinking it was the Los Angeles County Public Health Department - I was more than shocked, as he identified what they were about, a Non Lethal Weapons manufacturing company.

b. TigerLight

2. If, it is not the Los Angeles County Public Health Department - then who was posing as an employee for this Government Agency?  How did they get the complaint information?  and/or Is there an employee within the Los Angeles Country Public Health Department who is also a recruit into this Domestic Terrorist Organization?

3. Why is a New Non or Less Lethal Anti Personnel Weapon associated with that number and used to contact me about my LA Public Health Complaint?

4.  Anti Personnel Less Lethal/Non Lethal/Non Kinetic Weapons Field Testing on American Soil, in residential neighborhoods?


This NOW appears to be serious criminal fraud, and fraudulent misrepresentation, and any other Criminal Felonies a Lawyer and/or Law Firm can provide, but a criminal investigation is necessary, the only problem based on the TigerLight Non Lethal Weapons Company - Los Angeles Police and Sheriff's Department's utilize their Anti Personnel Weaponry.


Documentation First Hand Witness about March 30, 2014 Incident With Tenant Dan and Matt

On March 30, 2014
At approximately 12:45 / 1 AM

An incident broke out at 901/905 S. Catalina between Tenant Dan over something Matt was saying in reference to Matt's non disbelief that he/Dan was making a living off his Gambling, and other things like Downtown not being more dangerous, along with some Social Security/Disability Golds Gym Membership.  

Dan took it wrong, and started to confront Matt over his/Matt's disbelief about who Dan said he was, which escalated to the point where Dan came up to a sitting Matt yelling at him, and slapped Matt hard in the face.  

At which point Matt got up to defend himself, and took hold of an empty chair and pushed it towards Dan, which may have hit him, but was Matt's form of self defense after being slapped hard in the face.

At this point, two other male tenants Michael and Angel who were sitting away from the actual incident, jumped up to intervene from further escalation.  Of which both men were immediately on the defense of Dan, as opposed to Matt who was the actual victim that was attacked first.  

Matt took off, and Dan saw him across the street on the North/East Corner of S. Catalina and James M Woods speaking to Law Enforcement - who were still on site for another incident that brought out approximately (5-8 or more) black and whites, along with Fire and EMT - and what appeared to be Corners or Forensics still on scene at that time, and until approximately 2 am.   He/Dan indicated that he believed Matt was going to have him arrested, and was waiting for LAPD to come to this location.  

Finally, Dan stated he was going to go back to his room, after the LAPD did not arrive at this location.  He left. 

Shortly after Dan went inside, Michael's phone rang , in what appears to have been Dan telephoning Michael to go inside.  Michael, then asked Angel to come inside because he wanted to show him something, but what it appeared were the three men, attempting to Co-Oberate their stories and to back Dan up about the Chair, should Dan be confronted by LAPD about what transpired.  (phone records can indicate the call Michael received from what number or vis versa and the given time frame the incoming (michael) or outgoing (dan) transpired to co-oborate this Statement)

Here is the bottom line:
Matt may have suggested repeatedly that he no longer believed these stories Dan was telling about his life, making his living, etc, but it was Dan who walked up to Matt, and Dan who threw the first blow by Slapping a Sitting Matt really hard on the face, almost knocking him.Matt out of the chair.  

What stories/narrative the three men come up with is anyone's guess - but by collaborating and conspiring, their Testimonies should be suspect in particular since Michael already has a history of making up lies in order to suit his own agendas.  (see below)

1. Michael moved his chair away from where Dan, Matt, Myself, and Angel were sitting, and talking, and moved a chair against the wall of 3040/3042 James E Woods, which my vehicle would block the view - This was done because Michael cannot stand even looking at me,  and moved away from where we were all talking. 

2. Angel moved over to where Michael was sitting

3. I was sitting next to Matt, and witnessed Dan getting into Matts face then slapping him hard while Matt was sitting.

4. Michael and Angel only stepped in after Matt had gotten up to defend himself from the blow he took.  



RESIDENT MICHAEL'S CREDIBILITY and ABILITY TO LIE - is to be legally Questioned.  

There was another incident with Michael assuming the role of Truth Teller, and not Eye Witness only he did this to Officers of the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD)

It happened at 905/907 S. Catalina whereby Rental Agent, Keith Kim and a male resident at 905/907 S. Catalina  got into an altercation whom He/Keith Kim claim's threatened him.  

Mr. Kim and this young man were arguing and due to who threatened whom, I cannot say for sure, almost went to blows with each other, and in order to stop a physical altercation yelled Keith's name in an attempt to stop what appeared to be the start of physical violence.  The young man then asked me if I had heard Mr. Kim threatening him, which all I could surmise was the two of them claiming the other Threatened each other.  

Upon yelling to get Keith's attention away from a possible physical fight, I Yelled His Name Twice, which temporarily Stopped the Confrontation.  But because Keith was so angry at what he stated was a physical threat given by this young man, when the young man started walking away down the driveway, he made reference to the fact that Keith was lucky that this young man did not have his knife or the next time he threatened him he would use the knife he had in his room.  

Upon hearing what this young man had said, Keith, then bolted after this young man and chased him down the street.  

Needless to say the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) was called by the young man, in a second call to have Law Enforcement arrive after another incident at the same 905/907 location earlier - from which the Officer's asked if anyone had WITNESSED the incident between Keith and this young man.   Because I was outside at that time smoking I was there.  Upon attempting to provide my statement to LAPD, I was immediately Interrupted by Michael, who was inside his room, behind closed curtains, and NOT in the back parking area during the incident, proclaiming I did not know what I was talking about.  First LIE

 Michael then indicated to the LAPD that I, the Eye Witness did not know what I was talking about, let Him/Michael Explain everything, and that "HE" /Michael knew exactly what transpired, even though he was inside his room, away from the back parking area, and basically indicated that he was the Witness - as opposed to hearing the last portion, before Keith went running after this young man, whom he felt threatened him with a knife.  

What Michael OVERHEARD in the Driveway was the Young Man walking away, and making reference to using a Knife the NEXT TIME but NOT the actual incident that transpired outside in the back parking area, which I was attempting to explain to the LAPD.

The point being, Michael assumed the role of being some type of Expert Know IT All, when he was not the Eye Witness, OR Even outside at the time, and basically LIED to the LAPD as if He/Michael had Witnessed the Entire Incident.  

This is to Establish that Michael will LIE, or give half truths in order to Shape the Narrative he wants to Promote, and this included proclaiming to be the Eye Witness and know it all about what REALLY transpired.  When in point of literal legal FACT he in the case of the 905/907 incident was inside his room, behind closed curtains - or in the case between Tenant Dan and Matt, had moved his chair away because he cannot stand looking or being around me, thus was behind my car, in the darkened area.  

The point being if Michael can LIE to LAPD and proclaim himself to be the EYE WITNESS - to something he was not even outside to witness, he is capable of LYING about ANY NUMBER OF ISSUES - just to promote the agenda he is attempting to promote, for himself or someone else.  

This is also to establish that there are times when Mr. Kim can get mad, and defensive, and blaming it on Matt saying he was the one who brought it in because he stayed in some hotel, as he initially did with Matt when Matt told him about the Bed Bugs.  Keith did apologize later, and get the exterminator's but not until Matt hung up on him, and basically said he was not going to deal with Keith anymore.   

This was the same with Keith being on the side of the two male tenants in question at 905/907 S. Catalina, then turning completely against them, due to non payment of rent, but which he indicated prior to me that he thought the Building Owner of 905/907 was Crazy, and always causing problems for the Tenants, and that he stopped being her Rental Agent because of it.

Bed Bugs and Pre-Meditated Retaliation

Here are some quotes of what he/Michael stated to me publicly in front of two other residents:

"No one around here gives a shit about what you have to say"
"When I think of you it is like, Here is Shit, and there is You, it's the same"

The following is what I was told:
1. Mainly resident Michael has been seriously Bad mouthing me to ALL OTHER RESIDENTS
a. Michael appears to have a direct link to the Owners' thus whenever he does something, the Owner's have already told him it is alright, because as Michael stated out loud - "Your words mean nothing to ANYONE AROUND HERE" 

2. Michael Claimed to other Resident's that the OWNER'S have been trying to find a way to Evict me  (establishes Premeditation - in terms of Hostile living environment, and why Owner  continues to ALLOW Michael to speak to me with such hostility, grab and shove me because he has already been told by the Owners' they will BACK HIM.  

a. Also explained that Michael has been attempting to get me Evicted for months. Thus, collaboration and conspiracy to commit with property Owner, along with inciting other Residents to take his side.  

AS SUCH: 

 Due to what this Resident Michael has been allowed to get away with, it now establishes that he feel comfortable enough with the Building Owner, and family to do or say whatever he wants against me -  because as he once again put it.  "Your words mean nothing to ANYONE AROUND HERE" 

By having this confirmation, it LITERALLY established for me the following:
1. Premeditation - and allowing for acts and actions to NOT be dealt with, in particular on the part of Michael -
a. The owner has always sided with Michael - thus no matter what I have let her know about what is transpiring, She has refused to act upon these complaints -
2. Resident Michael says whatever he wants because he has already established with the Owner that no matter what he says or does - the OWNER will back him up.
3. That this Resident Michael has been the Culprit for many months, which have caused a rift between other Residents who clearly stated to me - that when speaking with me one on one or when this Michael is not around - EVERYTHING IS FINE...

What Michael has been accusing me of, but I was already told to get things on Video to Establish the Who is going what.
1. That I think I am the next Edward Snowden
2. That I talk shit all the time
3. That I am some conspiracy lunatic
4. That Obama has me under surveillance
5. That I am the one who is spying on them -
6. That I am a Lunatic and Crazy
7. That I am the person who is miserable

 Also note:  These are what is called Established Talking Points that the PerpetratorCommunity are told to utilize when attempted to reverse the Blame away from them or their culpibility and guilt. And, to Minimize the magnitude of what they are attempting to cover up.

 Case in point - The Aggressive Nature of the Building Owner's daughter on Saturday clearly established this - When she attempted to Reverse the Blame - by way of making it appears
1. That they were doing us a favor by bringing in the Exterminators for Bed Bugs
2. That I should somehow be Grateful to them for doing this (but the law states it is their legal obligation to do this)
3. That I must be a totally Miserable person - that is why I am like this (same narrative Michael repeatedly attempts to project towards me)

As opposed to THE LITERAL AND EXPENSIVE FACT'S of ME and ANOTHER having to deal with the bed bugs, do massive and costly wash, be out of my room for (12) plus hours - all the INCONVENIENCE'S and burden were UPON MYSELF and the other Tenant - NOT UPON the OWNER or this OWNER'S DAUGHTER -  and then to be SERIOUSLY VERBALLY ATTACKED by the OWNERS DAUGHTER when asked if they WOULD REIMBURSE US FOR THE WASHING WE WERE GOING OUT TO DO...

This is the HOSTILITY that I have dealt with, but to have it witnessed and then happen to another new tenant was basically LEGAL VALIDATION - for me -

That the Credibility of building owner, along with this Resident Michael - can now come into serious question due to what another Tenant experienced first hand, and how this Tenant was treated but also how I was treated.

KEITH KIM, Rental Agent Makes False Claim that I Was Not Going to Pay Rent

  • Under California law, a retaliatory eviction or action is defined as a landlord's attempt to evict a tenant in response to the tenant exercising a legal right or making a complaint about the rental unit. A landlord also commits a retaliatory eviction when he attempts to raise the tenant's rent or enact some other form of punishment against the tenant due to the tenant's complaint or exercising a right. This includes suspending or reducing services such as utilities and repairs and other services included in the rental agreement or required by law.

Application of the Law

  • California law creates a presumption of retaliatory motive in certain situations. The law assumes there is a retaliatory motive when a landlord attempts to evict his tenant or takes some other retaliatory action within six months of the tenant exercising certain rights. These include the tenant's right: to repair any defect necessary to make the rental unit fit to live in and deduct the cost of the repair from his rent; to complain about the condition of the unit to the landlord or a public agency; to file a lawsuit based on the condition of the unit; or to cause a public agency to inspect the unit or cite the landlord.

KEITH STORMED OUT STATING - RETALIATION BY RENTAL AGENT -

"DON'T PAY YOUR RENT, I WILL BE BACK TOMORROW WITH YOUR THREE DAY NOTICE." 

So, the True Colors Come out within the context of a conversation about deducting $15 from the rent for the Wash that I had to do because of the BED BUG spraying that Transpired on Saturday, March 29, 2014.

Substandard Living -
Since, Keith put in the slats across the bed, we talked about the rent.  I stated that I had a $15 dollar reimbursement for the BED BUG Wash that I did on Saturday.

He asked for the receipt, from which I provided him, see below photo, and to ask the Owner since he was going over there if I could deduct it from the rent.

What transpired next was Keith making an assumption that I would not pay my rent, which was never indicated within the context of this conversation, only to provide me with an answer based on the Wash Receipt I had provided to him, and what I should make the check out for.

Making an issue about Rent, when I have witnessed the number of times, several residents have been clearly LATE on Rental payments, and the owner comes by all month long getting whatever money she can from these residents.  As opposed to myself who has ALWAYS PAID MY RENT ON TIME and ON THE FIRST OF EACH MONTH.

Keith, then starts talking about how HE CAN GET PLENTY OF RESIDENTS to TESTIFY AGAINST ME - the ONLY PROBLEM - (FIRST THREAT)

What would they be testifying about?  My Rental Payment, since that was WHAT the ENTIRE CONVERSATION was about RENTAL PAYMENT - and EVEN THEN - I never said I would not pay - ONLY for him to Call me back, to let me know If it could be DEDUCTED from the RENT.

Next Keith Starts INTIMATING that NO JUDGE is going to CARE - and that they are going to SEE THINGS their way.  (Threat number 2 - already claiming that a Judge was going to take their side about the RENT? or SOME OTHER ISSUES?  )

Here is the bottom legal line.  What transpired between Keith and Myself had to do with Deducting $15 from the Rent, from which he was going over to speak to the Property Owner and he was to CALL ME BACK to let me know what the AMOUNT would be.

So, the Rental Agent Keith attempted to turn it all against me, by falsely claiming that I was refusing to pay the rent.

He first asks for the Receipt for the Wash, from which I had to him stating the following

TRANSCRIPT FROM RECORDING  - VERBATIM ABOUT WHAT TRANSPIRED - ANY CLAIM OTHER RESIDENTS HAVE THIS RECORDING WILL PROVE ANY LIES BEING TOLD BY THE OTHER RESIDENTS OF THIS BUILDING - YOU KNOW THE ONE'S KEITH CLAIMS WILL TESTIFY AGAINST ME - (CREDIBILITY FACTOR) VERSUS (REAL TIME RECORDING ABOUT BED BUGS, SUBSTANDARD, PAYING RENT LESS $15 FOR BED BUG BEDDING/LINEN/BLANKET AND IMMEDIATE CLOTHING WASH)  - AND KEITH THE ONE - WHO LOST HIS TEMPER - LIKE THE OWNERS DAUGHTER - and HOW THEY REACT WHICH IS IMMEDIATE RETALIATION AND HOSTILITY - 

Then I had him the receipt which he asks for -
Keith:  What is that?

June:  It's the receipt, you said you wanted the receipt.  It is the one they gave me from Lucy's wash on Sunset across from Home Depot.

Keith:  Ok, Alright, so uh, yeah I'll bring it to her it should be fine.

June: You Korean's, I sure have learned my lesson, Women Stabbing their Husbands, You were just taking care of one yesterday (Two Koreans males, one used a Knife), What's going on Keith, You running after people when you get mad.

Keith: When they threaten me I'll do that

June:  Alright, you tell me if that is okay (handed the receipt to Keith, after photographing it)

Keith: Inaudible

June:  OK, well  make sure if she approves it, give me a text or whatever so I'll deduct it from the rent.

Keith: No, You can not...  This is... Ok, maybe I'll do it ..  Trust me, If you want to live here in a harmonious way ... 

June: You know what Keith, I'm one of the few people from this building who actually pays on time.

Keith:  That has Nothing to do with it.

June:  I'm not going to get into harassment here.  I'll pull all records of all people and I will force this into a court of law ...   I don't care about paying rent

Keith:  There are people here who will Testify against You.

June:  Well them let them do it, Keith.  I will pay...

Keith: You really want to Go Down that Road.

June:  You need to do what you need to do.  I said I would pay, but I wanted to make sure that was okay, whether I deduct it or ... You figure that portion out.

Keith:  Okay I can do that, but it's the Way you

June:  If you feel you need to do that, then you do whatever you think you need to do.  I will pay my rent.  I have never had a problem paying my rent.  Do not accuse me of having problems paying the rent.  This is a sub-living standard with bed bugs.

Keith:  You can't - Listen.  I've done this .  You can claim anything you want.  The JUDGE is not going to care about what you are saying now.  It doesn't matter what you claim, the Judge is going to think.

June: OK fine, then let the judge.  You know I not saying... I'm saying ..  So you want to drag in all the other residents'

Keith:  You know I am not going to prove this.  So, don't pay the rent.  I will give you Three Days Tomorrow.

June:  What? You see there goes his Temper.  You see how his temper is.  He does not want to negotiate, he just gets mad.

Keith:  (storming off) Don't pay the rent.  ( is outside at his car, making a public scene about how I was

June:  I never said I wasn't paying it.  I asked you if you would do the deduction Keith.  I asked you to call me back about whether she would take it out of the rent.  You are making up stories over here.

Keith:  (outside by his care in carport of 905/907 S. Catalina, Los Angeles, CA)

Something about giving him an ultimatum - which I did not do.

Below is an outline, along with previous days documenting.  What this shows is that I as a resident was doing my duty to provide myself with a basic Stand Living and Housing Environment.  By asking these things - It has been met with Resistance, Lack of Response, Delays, and Major Hostility in particular by the Daughter, and then today with Keith.

I as the Victim of Bed Bugs, and the amount of time, I had to take in order to resolve this situation, which basically is not resolved - and asking for basics like reimbursement for the wash - turns into an ATTACK of How I handle things.  The reality - based upon Matt telling me that Michael - has been telling other Residents' about the owner wanted to Evict me - We have cause for serious Discriminatory and Prejudicial attitudes.  This also includes Michael making a statement about how:  "No one cares what you have to say around here."  This statement, means that when I ask or have a concern, they simply BRUSH IT OFF - but in reality - these are valid issues - in this case BED BUGS is a Public Health Issue - and not some trivial thing.

Also, Keith made an attempt to state that I took the Box Spring Out - I do not want something sprayed or not that has been infested with Bed Bugs for my own Public Health Safety, and because it provides me with a safer sense that the infected Box Spring is NOT in the Room.  I as the paying Tenant, have the right to feel I am living in a Basic Standard of Living Furnished space.  If, the Box Spring was found to have BED BUGS - then I do not HAVE TO KEEP USING IT - If, I feel that it poses a threat to the Standard of Living within the paid private living space that I reside in. 


Here is the bottom line.  The ISSUE:  BED BUGS - SUBSTANDARD LIVING - and Taking care of a Mattress Sitting on the Floor, which Keith did take care of today.  And, asking about the Wash Reimbursement - by way of Deduction from the Rent.
1. Keith asks for receipt - which I provided to him from Lucy's Wash N Dry on Sunset across from Home Depot, Hollywood.
2. At no time Ever did I state I would NOT PAY - but to get a Confirmation from the Building Owner about Deducting the $15 from the Rent, so I would know exactly what to pay.

Update:  19:00 PM PDT
Was finally called back by Rental Agent, Keith Kim at 10:52 AM, and told he would stop by around 15:00 PM, which did not happen, just telephone the Rental Agent again at 18:42 PM and got the same voice mail box is full.

We are now past 19:00 PM and Rental Agent Keith Kim has still not shown up or called to get his FAKE "VISUAL" which he does not need, because he KNOWS what I am talking about, and he along with the property owner, and the Maintenance person who is always here, could have done it within minutes.  THIS IS INTENTIONAL STALLING - in order to PREMEDITATED PROVOKE A SITUATION, which they are hoping to utilize as yet another Excuse - but my bottom line I have clearly documented the number of times I have tried at the Paying Tenant to GET THEM TO RESOLVE this problem of the Mattress being on the Floor. 

This is to establish the RETALIATION, LACK OF CONCERN, and SUBVERSIVE manner ALL involved with the Targeting at this Residential location have exhibited - but who have all worked in a Conspiracy to Commit, and Cover Up the Crimes that Literally have taken place at this residential location.  So, at this point, until I get answers from either the Rental Agent or Property Owner -

Once again, this is a Public Health, Substandard Living with Mattress half on bed frame other on floor, truly makes this furnished room a Substandard Living Conditions, and ongoing issue in reference to BED BUGS and wanting to ensure the MATTRESS is OFF THE GROUND.

Also, This DELIBERATE DELAY is because I have stated that Until this issue is resolved I will withhold the RENT because of the Health Issue.  As such what this appears to be PREMEDITATED on the part of both the Rental Agent, and Landlord is to make an attempt to claim late rent payment, but my bottom line.  I have clearly stated to both the Property Owner and the Rental Agent for (3) days of this issue, which means it could have been Taken Care of on the 30th, the 31st, the 1st - long before it got to this point, and it is being done for a Purpose on these parties.  I no longer believe Keith because I already know he is fully Vetted in what has been set up at this residential location.  

Here is my bottom legal line, the OWNER has a Maintenance person with whom she calls to do a variety of building fixes.  This person could have been called on the 30th, 31st, 1st, etc - to come here and be shown what needed to be done.  And because I KNOW she has this maintenance person because she Brags about him doing all the work around this building - THERE IS ZERO REASON that SHE could have telephone this person, to come - RETALIATION - 

RENT - will be withheld until these Substandard Living Conditions are resolved.  In particular the Mattress being half on the frame with another portion on the ground.  


Update :  I have been attempting to get in contact with Rental Agent Keith Kim since March 30, 2014 in reference to Wooden Slats that need to go under the Metal Bed Frame.

What this shows is that the Owner, along with the Rental Agent are retaliating because of the Mess they Caused when they Treated Myself, and another Tenant with such aggressive blaming, and now appear to be refusing to deal with the fall out in terms of what needs to be done, since the BED BUG SPRAYING.

I have located the Building Codes that show it was ALWAYS the RESPONSIBILITY of the Property Owner to simply take care of the situation, without this type of hostility and retailation by ignoring my calls to them, or shifting responsibility.

I consider Non Response and passing the issue off to the Rental Agent by the Building Owner to be Not Responding to the Bed Bug Issue in Reference to Ensuring the Mattress is Off the Floor by way of providing the Wood Slats to place across the metal frame to secure the mattress from touching the ground.  Since, they have not done this in the last three days, and I have been forced to sleep in a bed with the center mattress touching the floor, it become substandard to even basic bedding.
