ROCK COLLECTION STOLEN BY PERP COMMUNITY / THEFT OF LOCKED UP CASH

Went into another locked suitcase, that I have cash stored and once again, this Network of Domestic Terrorist's have taken about $500 in cash.  This is a new location, in which this network Will Break and Enter generally with Keyed Access, filter though a Target's PRIVATE PROPERTY, and literally STEAL ITEMS of belonging, as if they are trophies and souveniers of their criminal activities.

This country has a Penal System full of Convicts who are there due to criminal activities, yet this State and Corporate Sponsored Network are committing far worse and heinous crimes and NOT A FUCKING THING is being DONE TO LITERALLY NEUTRALIZE this Network of Recruited Civilian Sleeper Cells.  That this continues to show is that even within a locked residence, this Nationwide Network of State, Corporate and Academic sponsored, sanctioned, and covered up Organized Crime Civilian Network are committing full blown CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES, and NOT A SINGLE MOTHERFUCKING LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY is DOING A MOTHERFUCKING THING about these MOTHERFUCKING DOMESTIC TERRORISTS'.

I have been collecting stone from rock finds in the form of amethysts, citrine, prehenite, clear crystal, onyx, large black tourmaline, etc.  This collection was begotten over the years, and upon going though a double locked briefcase, along with the items being locked within another case were ALL STOLEN.

This collection cost me thousands of dollars in collections, going to gem and rock shows, and finding unique and one of a kind finds - yet this State, Corporate, Academia, sponsored, sanctioned, and covered up Domestic Terrorist Net of pure and concentrated radicalized extremists' is under the FALSE IMPRESSION that they have a right to FILTER THROUGH YOUR PRIVATE BELONGINGS, and then if they see something THEY WANT - STEAL YOUR PRIVATE PROPERTY.

This type of CONDUCT has millions of American's sitting behind prison walls, yet this MOTHERFUCKING CULT of ABSOLUTE FUCK HOLE TERRORIST'S are BEING PROVIDE COVER BY LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL AGENCIES, PRIVATE CORPORATIONS AND COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION - WHO ARE CONDONING THIS TYPE OF OUT AND OUT CRIMINAL MOTHERFUCKING BEHAVIOR.

As such, it becomes yet another HIT of THEFT to my private property, only this time they TOOK ONE OF A KIND ITEMS THAT COST ME MONEY AND FROM WHICH I INTEND TO GET BACK - BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY!!!!!!

TWO ISSUES

1. A DEFAULT IP ADDRESS THAT DOES NOT CHANGE EVEN THOUGH COMCAST HAS A JUMPING LONGER IP STREAM I.E. 178.XXX.X.X etc.

2. I am attempting to Access MY WiFi Network but EVERYTHING IS GREYED OUT and WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO ACCESS.
