Community OWL Call Signal and Mocking OWL Scratched Into Fence

Videos taken of Neighborhood OWL call signal to other Neighborhood recruits, it took awhile to capture because the moment I started to record their Owl Call signal it would immediately stop.

The photo of the Owl scratched into the hard core racist haters on the other side of the fence was done after I mentioned knowing their call signal and yet another common Noise Campaign.

Another tactic those utilized by this community based terrorist neighborhood watch vigilantes is he’s a Kohl signal to let each other know that have been recruited into the State corporate and academia sponsors sanction and covered up terrorist organ anization radicalized extreme is called do utilize a call signal in this case they’ve been using the hooding of an hour all day and night even though we know owls are nocturnal animals so they wouldn’t be doing that during the day here are some samples of what it’s like. But you will also see is how the moment they realize that they are being recorded because of the illegal wire warrantless wire tapping, Along with their United States department of defense military grade national security great capabilities in mirroring or shadowing and seeing what you were doing they will immediately stop the moment they realize that I’m recording from my camp the camera on my phone the only way you can do that is if you you are actually monitoring what I’m doing on the screen in real time.

There is background noise, use earbuds and you will hear the Owl Call Notifying other neighborhood recruits that I am out or that I have open my back door.

After warrantless surveillance and mentioning their OWL Call Sign to other surrounding recruited neighbors, the hard core recruits on the other side of the fence, scrawled the image of an OWL and then he pulled out his garbage can so when I opened my back footI would have to look at it.

COMMUNITY SUBTLE TACTIC OF HARASSMENT USE OF VEHICLES AS A WEAPON

COMMUNITY BASED TERRORISM, HARASSMENT, USE OF VEHICLES AS WEAPONS - AND SHOWING THE PATTERN OF OUT OF TOWN TRAINEES WHO UTILIZE THE SAME TACTICS -

COMMUNITY BASED AND OUT OF TOWN TRAINEES - CONSPIRE,  THEN COMMIT - AND SHOW UP, WHILE WORKING IN TANDEM AMONGST EACH OTHER - FOR FIRST DEGREE PROVOCATION AND UTILIZATION OF THEIR VEHICLES AS A WEAPON FOR HARASSMENT

On June 30, 2020 the Steinbeck Airbnb rental, which continues to be utilized to HOUSE TRAINEES for this Domestic Terrorist Organization Cult of Racist, Bigoted Hate Group and White Supremacy showed up from some region in San Diego, CA - Utilized the Standard Operating Procedure to Park behind my vehicle, in front of my rental home, instead of parking up and across the street where the Rental is, and or even in front of my vehicle which is closer to the entrance to the Steinbeck Airbnb:  They showed up after midnight, and started SLAMMING their VEHICLE DOORS REPEATEDLY - SOP - 

The vehicle finally moved to in front of the AirBnB Steinbeck rental.  

On, July 31, 2020, an new set of OUT OF TOWN TRAINEES for this DOMESTIC TERRORIST ORGANIZATION - from the Bay Area/ SF area show up for their August, 2020 (30) day Steinbeck rental and once again the same Standard Operating Procedure is deployed. Whereby, they will arrive, generally late at night, and deploy the same SOP/ later in the evening, and start SLAMMING MULTIPLE DOORS - REPEATEDLY - and also TAKE the space in front of my rental home, so I am FORCED to LISTEN TO THEM ARRIVING - as opposed to parking up the street to the open spaces that you will see in the next photo.

This is up the street from my rental home, you will see them approaching across the street, and to the entrance of the Steinbeck Airbnb.  What you will also see is the Red on the Curb, but there is actually enough space for them to park behind the second SUV.  What you will also notice in the foreground is plenty of open space, behind the GREY compact of my direct side neighbors.  Yet this is the pattern, now as they come in for their (30) day rentals -  This way they can SLAM their vehicle doors like all my surrounding neighbors - as their NOISE CAMPAIGN.

Here is show even when there is plenty of open space, as in today i.e Aug 1,  for the new Bay Area Trainees to move their vehicle to - they will keep the car in front of my rental home, sort of like DOGS WHO LIFT THEIR LEGS TO PISS - They want YOU to know THEY ARE MARKING the Space with their CONTAMINATED PRESENCE.  

Here is what is actually available in front of the Air BnB Rental which can fit two vehicles - or even the space in the foreground between the the two vehicles.  

The vehicle my finger is pointing to, is an actual neighbor from across the street, upon returning, is parked in front of my place but leaves just enough room between BAY AREA PERPS from OUT of Towns Vehicle, even though she could have moved up more so I could more easily get my vehicle between her vehicle and the Bay Area/SF Perp - upon my return,  instead they made it so if I did want to parallel, I would need to squeeze my regular size SUV between the two of them.  

This is to show what was available across the street, and in particular since this neighbor, came out to her vehicle multiple times, as even more space opened up, just to SLAM her vehicle door multiple times

There was initially a smaller vehicle then a larger truck showed up, but there was enough space for three vehicles, yet spent the whole time, ensuring I would have the least amount of space, should I parallel my vehicle in front of my home.  

NEIGHBORS WHO USE ANONYMITY AND WEAPONIZED DARPA N3 NEUROTECHS STRIKE ME THE VICTIM

WHILE THE WEAPONIZED DARPA N3 is being used upon and against me, whereby Multiple Regions of my Brain are being Deactivated mainly: VISUAL CORTEX, AUDITORY-SENSES, and  other Regions that basically RENDER ME FROZEN, while my eyes are WIDE OPEN  - the FOLLOWING are what is done by these CLOSE RANGE and DISTANT NEIGHBORS who have access to DARPAs N3.   DARPA FedBiz Solicitation

But this is what transpires all the time.  Some Racist Bigoted Neighbor/s who because they have access to projection of their voices at a distance ie Directional Ultrasound Speaker Projection they can Direct and Project themselves even if they are at a DISTANCE.  There are Several Racist Bigoted recruits within this neighborhood who can access this Directional Ultrasound Emitter System as it is Man Portable.  Thus allowing these Recruits to be several blocks away - so long as they have access to my RIGGED LIVING SPACE - the Harassment becomes AGGRAVATED 

Part of the Video where Anonymous Close Neighbors Project their Street Theater and name calling, yet proclaim they are the victims.  I was simply out on the back steps, but they at a distance will project negative comments like FREAK, FREAK, FREAK!!!  These are the type of targeted hits, where so long as these FASCIST, RACIST, BIGOTED TERRORIST CULT DRIVEN NEIGHBORS can EXPLOIT this DISABLING AND DISABILITY while staying anonymous in their attacks, they can proclaim they are the VICTIMS - instead of what they are actually doing to me.

VIDEO:  This is the most relevant in reference to DARPA N3 whereby, my VISUAL CORTEX, AUDITORY SENSE, and other Regions of My Brain are being disrupted, so I am unable to see, and or hear the approaching of others, in this case it appears they were right in front of me, and although my eyes were open, I not only did not see them, but my BRAIN was being zapped, so I was unable to recognize they were there.  It appears in this video that the individual is a bit amazed, as you hear WOW!! a few seconds later you will hear - WHAT'S WRONG WITH HER RIGHTS - and I also believe even before that you can hear someone else saying, What's wrong with her....  ???
