From National Security Council Working to Get Legislation for Workers Comp on Permanent Impairment of the Brain - to SEVERAL STATES Passing Legislation for Brain and Traumatic Brain Injury -

AT SOME POINT WHEN I CAN GET MY 2015 MACBOOK PRO FIXED, I WILL FIX THIS BLOG AND PROVIDE ADDITIONAL SOURCED AND DOCUMENTED INFORMATION.  CURRENTLY, I AM ATTEMPTING TO PUT THIS BLOG TOGETHER UTILIZING AN iPAD AND IT IS ALMOST A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME ATTEMPTING TO DO THIS.  THE NEEDED INFORMATION HAS BEEN PROVIDED.

As a victim of Targeting, in particular the Offensive Experimental and Fully Developed utilization and weaponization of Neurotechnologies and Nano-Neurotechnologies, the BRAIN - has been Targeted to the Point that there now appears to be PERMANENT DAMAGE deliberately INFLICTED by these STATE, CORPORATE and ACADEMIC Biological-Technological Terrorists’ - as they were always UTILIZED OFFENSIVELY to deliberately IMPAIR: Cognitive, Motor, Central Nervous System and or Behavioral Functions.

The following came from recent articles - and the KNOWNS that STATES both Federal and State KNEW about the DAMAGES that were BEING INFLICTED to the BRAINS of the NON CONSENSUAL TARGETED VICTIMS, who, not unlike myself, have come forward to ALL PROPER AUTHORITIES AT THE LOCAL, STATE, COUNTY, FEDERAL LEVELS, NON GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS, LAWYER AFTER LAWYER AND LAW FIRM AFTER LAW FIRM ABOUT BEING TARGETED.

What this documenting shows is that these States have known and have been working towards LEGISLATION to PROVIDE CARE - for the damages inflicted upon and against Targeted Victims’ such as myself.

WHAT YOU WILL FIND IN THE FOLLOWING ARE STATES THAT HAVE NOW PASSED SOME FORMS OF LEGISLATION TO COVER BRAIN INJURY BE IT VETERANS, SPORTS PLAYERS, ALL THE WAY TO ‘OTHERS’ - Targeted Victims represent the OTHERS - and what makes this SO HEINOUS - is in the FACT that these STATES KNEW via Complaints of their
Citizens about being Targeted by Directed Energy and by the weaponization of NEUROSCIENCE and NEUROTECHNOLOGIES.

TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY LEGISLATION BETWEEN 2009-2014
Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) is caused by a bump, blow, or jolt to the head that disrupts brain functioning. The leading causes of TBI are falls, being struck by or against objects and motor vehicle crashes. TBIs range from mild (a brief disruption in consciousness) to severe (prolonged unconsciousness or amnesia). While a majority of the TBIs that occur each year are mild—commonly referred to as concussions—many are severe and occasionally lead to permanent disability or death. In 2013, there were approximately 2.8 million TBI-related emergency department (ED) visits, hospitalizations and deaths in the United States.
In addition to the emotional burden of TBIs, the economic burden of TBIs in the United States is estimated to be approximately $76.5 billion. Programs and services that support TBI patients are funded through various federal and state sources. For example, Medicaid Home- and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waivers are active in 47 states and the District of Columbia and fund cost-effective services to those at risk of being institutionalized due to a medical condition. At least 22 states utilize a HCBS waiver to extend benefits and services to certain patients with TBI.
Many states aim to prevent TBIs as well as effectively diagnose and rehabilitate TBI patients. Between 2009 and 2015, 50 states and the District of Columbia passed laws to address traumatic brain injury. The majority of states enacted legislation targeting youth sports-related concussions. According to the Youth Risk Behavior Survey, sports-related concussions affected about 2.5 million high school students in 2017. Other introduced legislation addresses traumatic brain injury in veterans, appropriates funds to traumatic brain injury prevention or treatment programs, and requires insurers, hospitals and health maintenance organizations to provide insurance coverage for survivors of traumatic brain injury.

At least six of the evacuated Americans have reported suspected harassment or surveillance in the U.S. to the FBI, four U.S. officials and others familiar with the investigation said. They include evacuees from both China and Cuba, including some who have never met.

'THERE'S NO CONSPIRACY HERE'
Most of the American diplomatic evacuees have improved enough to resume work, State Department officials said. Some have been granted accommodations, such as shortened work hours, dimmed office lights or special glasses. Meanwhile, the White House National Security Council is preparing legislation to deal with gaps that Workers' Compensation doesn't currently cover, such as care for affected spouses or pay-outs for permanent impairment of the brain.
In internal State Department instructions reviewed by NBC News, workers in Cuba and China were told not to discuss what they knew with the public, with reporters or on social media.
