When I go to pay rent at 310 Spenser Street in Monterey, CA - I have noticed a Male in his 50's - 60's in a Maroon Ford Truck, extended cab California License Plate 70677CI - Sitting inside his vehicle looking down -
What I have also noticed is that when I attempt to document me dropping off the rent via taking a photo or video - the cell phone camera will not work - i.e. There is not enough Memory - even though I have a 16 gb external Micro SD Card and literally deleted several minutes of video from the phone.
Today I was able to get two photos but the one showing me dropping off the rent into the Box at 310 Spenser Street in Monterey, CA - was deleted and the only photo that was left was the one I managed to get of the PERP in his Truck, who ALWAYS SEEMS TO BE IN HIS TRUCK - no matter what Time I go to drop off the rent i.e before work, after work, and in this case due to it being a Holiday - at 8:30 AM PT -
The following photo is what I get instead of the documented One photo that I took while dropping off the rent. These Civilian Domestic Terrorist Perps - have backdoor access to my PDA and attack, in particular when they KNOW that I will be DOCUMENTING - in this case to prove I went to drop off rent.
