Just to show how sadistic and crazed this State, Corporate and Academic sponsored, sanctioned, and covered up terrorist cult, along with their radicalized extremist civilian terrorist recruits have become.  They have been blasting these  United States Military Grade Directed Energy Acoustic Weapons at and into my private living space, in order to Weaken me biologically, along with sleep deprive me for a major spinal surgery that will cut open my neck.  This type of crazed extremism, on this Monterey Peninsula, right here in Pacific Grove, CA continues to transpire with these Crazed Terrorist Lunatics.

This is the extent of what RADICALIZED EXTREMISM looks like when Recruits believe they can commit indiscriminate acts of VIOLENCE, and are allowed to remain Anonymous while inflicting such grave bodily harm.  This goes beyond Terrorism, into such a sadistic nature, that they should be considered DOMESTIC TERRORIST, CULT DRIVEN who are CAPABLE of INFLICTING severe harm against the Targeted Victim both physically, and through their extremist liable and slander campaign.  This is the very definition of RADICALIZED EXTREMISM- and I have VICTIMIZED this type of HATE and RADICALIZED HATERS for years, only now - here I am showing the MEDICAL proof, of just how VIOLENT and EXTREME their HATE TRULY IS - - I am also showing how they CONSPIRE to COVER UP via State, Corporate, Academia, along with their recruited Hard Core Extremist Civilian recruited nationwide network will act.

In addition, there is a direct link to my Targeting, with what has since come out on mainstream media in reference to the physical harm, and other tactical operations the United States Diplomats, various family members, along with intelligence personnel in Cuba, and China have experienced.  This include various members of the Canadian Diplomats and their family members.  There is a direct link, and this MUST BE CRIMINALLY ADDRESSED. 

On 26 November 2018, while working as a checker, I sustained a hit to the back of the head and neck region.  This hit was so powerful, that I heard my neck and bones crack.  Due to the violence being inflicted while working in this public setting, and the ability to somehow shut the brain and body down while sustaining these type of violent hits by customers, and or within this public setting, I knew this hit and the hearing of my own neck snapping/cracking to that degree was worth immediate documenting.

Other than soreness, at the time it appeared to be what would be called non symptomatic, meaning, there did not appear to be immediate signs of spinal injury, and due to the evenness of the check stand i.e. from right to left scanning, the counter top was relatively equal in height.

At the very end of December, 2018 I was transferred to a new store, and upon entering this store it was immediately noticed and identified that the front end register area was NOT PROPERLY DESIGNED.  From the Right conveyer to the scanner it was balanced, but once the product was scanned there was no balanced surface to place the product.  Since, customers do not put their product based on weight on the conveyor, i.e. bread, may come before heavy product, you cannot simply drop product into a bag, it first needs to be organized in order to ensure product is not damaged when bagging.

Due non aligned and ergonomically incorrect register/scanning where product scanned has no even area to place product, causing constant, need to find areas to lift, bend, move, stop, all excessive need to utilize left region of body i.e. arm, hands, body, legs in order to find and or bag has caused, additional stressors on the left side of the body, which was the contributing factor, to caused whatever physical damage and damages sustained to worsen.  

In February, 2019 - I began really noticing the onset of numbness to the hands and fingers upon waking, and more soreness in the back of the neck and shoulder area.  I took this photo because I thought it was related.  Upon seeing my physician later in the month, showing my wrist and explaining the symptoms, it was thought to be carpal tunnel.  I was told to purchase the night wrist braces, to see if it relieved the problems. 

In March, 2019 workers were asked to fill out a Safety form stating they read the information and asked to sign.  I wrote the following, specifically indicating that the front end register area was not properly designed and ergonomically incorrect. 

The progression of numbness, was getting worse, although I had purchased the night carpal tunnel wrist braces, along with compression gloves - and instead of providing relief, it started getting worse, along with now excruciating pain in the shoulder region, I had Traumadol to utilize when the pain in the arms, shoulder area were unbearable. And, I believed I could stretch it out to provide some relief.

By April, 2019 - I noticed the numbness, not just in the hands, but traveling intermittently to different parts of the left side body i.e. neck, face, parts of legs.  Due to not having medical insurance, I was not able to keep a March, 2019 follow up with my doctor, and waiting until I was covered in April, 2019.  By 30 April 2019 - it had gotten to the point, that upon this doctors visit, I let it be known just how bad my symptoms had become.  At this appointment, I was provided orders to
1. See an Orthopedic Hand/Arm Specialist/Surgeon
2. Have Cervical and Thoratic XRays
3. Have Physical Therapy (which I have not followed up on, due to finances and cost, but am glad I did not because Carpal Tunnel physical therapy, is significantly different from what the actual medical problem is.
4. Prescribed Flexeral - After taking a few doses of this medication, I noticed there was a difference in the relief of the excruciating NERVE pain.  This showed me, that whatever happened, was causing some type of NERVE pain relief.

11 May 2019 - Left work after an hour due to pain becoming debilitation - let Store Bookkeeper know, and to have this person pass it on -

 22 May 2019 - Upon making an appointment for Carpal Tunnel, along with the Cervical and Thoratic X-Rays - I met with the Orthopedic Hand Specialist, who went over the X-Rays, and did an exam of my hands, along with seeing the Ganglion cyst.  At this appointment, the Hand/Arm Specialist did not believe it was carpal tunnel but he wanted to have me do an MRI of the Cervical and Follow Up this MRI with a Neurologist/Neurosurgeon.

24 May 2019 - upon learning it was not Carpal Tunnel, and realizing that working only (7) months, would not be sufficient for Workers Compensation, I showed up to work on my next working day and informed, my Front End Supervisor, who I had been keeping abreast of my physical condition - and pain.  I was told to let the store Asst Manager know, and was immediately told I was going to be written up for not reporting this sooner.  I explained the carpal tunnel, and upon getting a medical evaluation stating it to not be the case - I realized whatever happened, was work related.

31 May 2019 - Suspended without pay until determination and or termination of employment from work based on Customer and Co-Worker Complaint about me.

HERE IS THE TRUTH - and HOW THIS GROCERY CORP appeared to ALREADY KNOW the EXTENT of PHYSICAL DAMAGE and DAMAGES I have and had sustained, and instead of being accountable, they CHOSE TO RETALIATE AGAINST ME -  in their ATTEMPT/s TO COVER UP THE SHEER TORTURES I WAS SUSTAINING WITHIN THIS PUBLIC SETTING... ALL THE LIES OTHER PEOPLE HAVE BEEN TELLING - WHILE I THE VICTIM CONTINUED TO SCREAM AT TIMES THE TRUTH - IS THE DIRECT RESULT OF THE FOLLOWING - I HAVE BEEN TORTURED, ABUSED, ASSAULTED WITH INDISCRIMINATE ACTS OF VIOLENCE -


MRI RESULTS

C7-T1: There is disc desiccation and loss of disc height. There is a mild annular disc bulge and a broad-based 8mm posterior central extrusion extending 5mm superiorly and 8mm inferiorly from the intervertebral disc level. There is mild bilateralfacet joint arthrosis.There is severe central canal stenosis and mild bilateral neural foraminal narrowing.
IMPRESSION: 

1.C7-T1:Broad-based8mm posterior central extrusion extending 5mm superiorly and 8mm inferiorly from the intervertebral disc level causing severe central canal stenosis and mild bilateral neural foraminal narrowing.

NEUROLOGIST/NEUROSURGEON'S ASSESSMENT BASED ON XRAY AND MRI

The disc space of C7-T1 is just barely visible at the level of the first rib. Normal movement on flexion/extension. Normal alignment on AP views. 

ASSESSMENT AND PLAN:
1. Cervical disc disorder w myelopathy cervicothoracic region (ICD10-M50.03) C7-T1 2. Cervical spine stenosis (ICD10-M48.02) C7-T1
3. Muscle stiffness (ICD10-M62.89)
4. Neck pain (ICD10-M54.2) 

She has cervical myelopathy due to C7-T1 large disc herniation with severe central stenosis. This is producing a combination of gait imbalance, weakness, and numbness throughout her arms and legs that is worsening. If left untreated, this could lead to paralysis. There is an urgency that this gets addressed with surgical decompression. My recommendation is for an anterior cervical C7-T1 decompression and discectomy with cervical disc replacement. 

I'd also recommend a thoracic and lumbar spine MRI to make sure there's no stenosis causing the symptoms of numbness down her legs from those levels. It is possible that the C7-T1 disc herniation is causing all those symptoms. Given the progression of neurological symptoms, this is urgent.
