As a Target who spent years documenting what was being done to me and my analysis of who was involved and how they were able to GET AWAY with it. This legal finding is a validation of what I have already documented in HOW those at the highest levels of their Profession i.e. POSITIONS OF POWER, AUTHORITY and or EXPERTISE - did in fact LEND THEIR SO CALLED CREDENTIALS to CLAIM VALIDATION for what they were doing - AS OPPOSED TO THE LEGAL and CRIMINAL VIOLATIONS that were and for Target's continue to TRANSPIRE.
