The Tattoo Armed Sales Clerk on the Right attempted to Extort another $35 dollars from my uncle, who told me Not to Look at Him and when asked Why? He said it made him Uncomfortable - from which i said You should be - Extorting a disabled man, selling him the wrong screen size phone -
Here is the MOST DANGEROUS ONE - the GENERAL MANAGER, OF A VERIZON STORE - Cory on the right - Utilizing FALSE ACCUSATIONS upon CUSTOMERS and ALLOWING his Clerks to EXTORT MONEY - out of CUSTOMERS -
Orchestrated Theater, Deliberate Provision of Wrong Phone, and Attempting to Extort $35 restocking fee for being provided the wrong phone
My disabled uncle, you will see his wheelchair, who has lost 2/3 of his lung, 1/3 to Cancer, the other 1/3 to complication from Chemo and Radiation, who due to the same complication from Chemo, now has total renal failure, in Dialysis three times a week, and weighs in at six feet tall about 128 lbs.
His fiance, and myself who had gone earlier to the Verizon store, and was told my uncle needed to be there to upgrade his phone.
Walked into the Verizon store, asked to the larger screen Galaxy 7, told the clerk this, who then came out with the smaller screen Galaxy 7, and proceeded to ring it up. Upon looking at the phone, I immediately noticed it was the WRONG SIZE SCREEN - and that we had told him to get the BIGGER SCREEN - he even pulled out his OWN PHONE and THAT WAS THE SIZE ASKED FOR.
This clerk on the Right, then goes into the back room and was supposed to come out with the larger screen Galaxy 7, but instead comes out and tells my UNCLE - you know the one in the Wheelchair - that he would do the exchange but he had to PAY AND EXTORTED $35 additional dollar to get the GALAXY 7 with the LARGER SCREEN - from which both myself and his Fiance were 'WHAT?" -
This clerk had ZERO SHAME - was RUDE about the ENTIRE SITUATION - and then CHOSE TO STAND BEHIND the $35 RESTOCKING FEE - MIND YOU - WE WERE STILL IN THE STORE -
So, I kept staring at this Clerk - because my uncle did not want to be EXTORTED out of another $35 DOLLARS FOR NOTHING - he capitulated because he is sick and does not want to get into it i.e. conflict -
Finally the Clerk said YOU NEED TO STOP LOOKING AT ME - and I said WHY - and he said BECAUSE IT MAKES ME FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE - and I said YOU SHOULD FEEL THAT WAY -
UNCOMFORTABLE-
Because I said that the PERP GENERAL MANAGER CORY - told me to GET OUT OF THE VERIZON STORE AND TO NEVER COME BACK -
This is when I KNEW FULL ON - HANDLERS had GONE BACK TO VERIZON - and GUIDED THEM ON EXACTLY WHAT TO DO WHEN WE RETURNED -
1. Provide the WRONG PHONE
2. Extort Additional MONEY
3. She as in me WOULD REACT -
4. Make it look like she is a THREAT - not sure how I am with my above listed uncle, his fiance, and there are FOUR GROWN MEN, to include the CLERK WHO HAD TATTOOS' upon and down his arm - I doubt IF HE WAS THREATENED BY ME IN THE LEAST - but that WAS THE KEYWORD - they wanted to UTILIZE TO
A. Attempt to show me in a bad light to MY RELATIVES
B. Attempt to show me in a bad light to CUSTOMERS in the store
C. To Target my disabled uncle
D. To Extort more MONEY out of this Disabled Uncle
ALL KNOWING - WHAT THEY DEPLOYED AT VERIZON BY THE CLERK AND THE GENERAL MANAGER CORY - WAS FIRST DEGREE ORCHESTRATION -
It was PREMEDITATED what Transpired and the CLERK along with the General Manager were FULLY in on it. There were two others one the Manager - who came outside and you could tell was NOT in on what was transpiring and another clerk, who did know - but was probably glad he was not the one who WAS TARGETING A DISABLED MAN -
