STATE/CORP Collusion - From "Operation Weed and Seed" to Full Blown Gentrification, All the Way to Housing Discrimination Based Upon a Protected Class of Person/s

STATISTICAL DATA - AND FINDING A CIVIL RICO LAWSUIT LEVIED AGAINST BANKS, PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, LENDING COMPANIES, ATTORNEY'S AND AN ALLEGED REIGN OF TERROR - PERPETRATED ON TENANT'S OF ANOTHER LOCATION - AND HOW REAL PROPERTY  - PROFITS are being Maximized - at the expense of innocent people being Targeted -

What I have, myself noticed due to the Overt and Rapid means by which it has transpired within this residential location/community.  

In, February of 2013 when I moved into this neighborhood it was predominantly Korean, with Latino's and some African American's, of moderate to low income.

After moving into this residential location, the Systematic Psychological Operations began, in particular the "Community Hearts and Minds" by way of psychological opeations, and psychologically manipulating, then recruiting various Property Owners', Business', Resident's and Community Leaders and/or Members within to gain their, TRUST - under fraudulent pretenses i.e.  "False Flag" operation/s - ("Operation/s  carried out by Governments, Corporations, Organization and/or Member's within that are designed to Deceive the Public in Such a Way, the Operations Appear as if/though they are being Carried out by Other Entities or Reasons) -

 This can also be traced back to the "Original Part of Hollywood - GOWER/SUNSET Studios - Sunset and Vine location" - where my Targeting went Overt in 2006 - and the beginning of this Trend that I recognized before Fleeing in Sheer Terror and Fear out of Old Hollywood (2007), and the complete OVER-HAUL that Continues in that location upon returning to Los Angeles, CA, six years later... 

2013 - AND WHAT IS REARING IT'S UGLY FACE - AGAIN - in this KOREATOWN Residential Location, and with each MOVE East or South East - this Network of Recruits can more Rapidly Deploy and Execute Operations to Speed Up the Process.  What also becomes apparent, are those community member's of moderate to low income, who actively and aggressively participate in Targeting - will ultimately price themselves out of their own neighborhoods.

Property Owner, Song Cha Choe, Korean - has shown, based upon the numbers - Preferential/Favoritism, towards, in particular, Caucasian Resident's with Korean Residents', running a distant...second.

(1) Unknown - Directly Above Me -  Occupation Varies, is claimed to be some older Caucasian School Teacher  Co-opted to place Weaponry in - and used for Training -

Choice Spots due to their safe, non impeding, obstructing, and or blocking of Movements, with exception of (1) spot closest to my room and wall to driveway.

Was only Once - Offered 2nd Worst Spot - but decided at that point, not much difference - to backing out onto the street, but did ask :

1. When the "Other" Choice Spots Opened Up, if I could move my vehicle into those Choice Spots, and was Flat Out Denied by Property Owner, on Each and Every Occasion.

2. At the end of Sept. 2014, one of the remaining Korean Male's who sold his Dark Green Pathfinder approximately a year ago, purchased a Dark Grey Camry, and Started parking his vehicle behind the vehicles that back out onto James E Wood, which Impedes/Obstructs and Blocks my ability to without Fear of Damage to my vehicle, back out safely, and in a timely manner has made - 

A. Sept 23, 2014: It was established by Property Owner and Her Son, that NO Vehicle Blocking, only (2) Vehicles or (6) Spaces for parking ONLY.
B. Korean Male continues non compliance, Property Owner see this and refuses to ensure there is no impeding, obstructing, or blocking -

At this point, due to the pervasive harassment, hostilities, obstructions, impeding -  the Parking Situation has become yet another Weapon of Pervasive Harassment, utilized by the Property Owner, along with the Tenant's in order to create the most Hostile Living Environment possible for me, in the hopes of

1. Getting me out of this Residence and Residential Community
2. Premeditated, Malicious Provoking in order to get me to respond negatively
3. Create the Most Difficulties i.e. Impeding/Obstructing so that I will leave.  


The African American female, and Middle Eastern male are both participants - either in training, with access to Tactics, Techniques, and Weaponized Technologies, and or with full knowledge of what is taking place in this residential building.  Mostly Training with access to. 

This STATISTIC are actually as of - August, 2014 - and remains current, but it now appears since the building has been fully infiltrated, each NEW Move, for past (6) months or more, not matter what Ethnicity are Recruits for this Domestic Terrorist Organization, they stay for approximately two to four months, then move - which means they Spread their Knowledge, and Training to the Next location, where Rent Control and or Gentrification is taking place. 


Therefore, within LESS than a Year and a Half - the TREND AGGRESSIVELY Unfolds, and my Targeting INCREASES, by way of the Increases in the number of ATTACKS, that also become more frequent, aggressive, violent, and insidious - with each new Street Terrorism Network Recruit who moves into the Neighborhood - This building is now 66.6% Occupied with Members' of this Domestic Terrorist Organization.

 I suspect, there are (2) residents who are Semi-Targeted with the Biological-Technological Weapons in the form of Cognitive Neurotechnologies, the Caucasian Iraq War Vet with the Brain Injury, and the Korean Male (30s) possible Asperger Syndrome.  But on the Whole, this Neighborhood is being Filled with Recruited Members of this Domestic Terrorist Organization, who come to stay or are being Trained to Filter their Training/Knowledge to Other Neighborhoods to repeat the Reign of Terror on other Unsuspecting Innocent Citizen's around the City, County, and even other areas outside of Los Angeles, CA.

8. Intolerance/Accusatory, and Blaming Nature towards Me- based upon what the 'preferential/favoritism' resident's proclaim

Housing Discrimination/Civil Rights Violations - Based Upon a Protected Class of Person be it Real or Perceived:

With Two Male Resident's with Cognitive forms of Disabilities, and the ABUSIVE USE of the 'Mental Card' against me to Excuse pervasive nature of insidious harassment/hostilities - Shows the use of a Private Residential Rental Room/Dwelling as more than Private, Paid, Rooms/Dwellings, which Constitutes Fraudulent Misrepresentation and Omission of Material FACTS.

Based Upon a False, Criminal, and Fraudulent belief and perception by the Property Owner, Resident's, Surrounding Community, and Outside Third parties, who are influencing and inciting the Civilian Population, based upon a person/s real or perceived - Physical, Cognitive, and/or Mental Disability -

That the above mentioned individuals, groups, organizations, business' and/or individuals within, are under the false impression that they CAN
1. Invade the Privacy and Space of a Paying Tenant
2. Inflict Upon and Against said Person/s, mass levels of intimidation, fear, harassment, physical, psychological and/or verbal abuse -
3. Commit acts of trespass, vandalism, theft,
4. Commit acts of overt and anonymous hate crimes
5. Use Tactics, Techniques, and Weaponized Technological means by which to conduct such pervasive intolerant bigotry.

6. Then, and or IF Caught - Will Conspire, Corroborate, and Abusively Utilize this Protected Class of Person/s as their Excuse to Cover Up the Crimes being Committed upon and against the Victim/s - by throwing around the "Crazy and or Cognitively/Mentally Disabled" card, be it real or perceived - in order to get the Proper Authorities NOT to believe what the Victim/s are saying -

IN ADDITION:

In terms of the Immediate buildings, i.e. directly next to this property - those are still 90% to 100% Occupied by Koreans' - ie. 905/907 S. Catalina, and 3040 / 4042 S. Catalina.  Who in point of Fact Aggressively Participate in Targeting, these are Revolving Doors, like this Residence has become, which means Recruits Come and Go -  who will ultimately spread out to other Neighborhoods in K-Town, or beyond - areas SOUTH/EAST or EAST of here, which are predominantly Latino's and African American's - so that these location can then be Taken Over - Hence these "other" location that have Latino's and African American's who are showing up in the neighborhood - in order to Take this Knowledge to their Neighborhoods...

The vast majority of Minor's that I see in Training, so to speak, are Youths of Color - which means they do not Live in this Area - but are being provided Tactical and Weaponized Training, to Filter to wherever their Neighborhoods are. 

What I have found is that this NEIGHBORHOOD, as a whole is beginning to Mirror what is transpiring within the Statistic of this very, residential Building -

ONE OF THE BIGGEST LEGAL QUESTIONS:
 HOW MANY OTHER INNOCENT, UNSUSPECTING, LAW ABIDING CITIZENS THROUGHOUT LOS ANGELES, and SURROUNDING SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA AREA - HAVE CONTACTED THEIR LOCAL POLICE PRECINCTS - COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SAME TACTICAL OPERATIONS OF AGGRESSIVE FORMS OF TERROR, INTIMIDATION, HARASSMENT, THREATS, and SET UPS - AND HAVE BEEN FLAT OUT DENIED THEIR RIGHTS, LIBERTIES, JUSTICE, and/or DUE PROCESS? 


*THEY /THEIR Refers to STATE (i.e. local, county, state, and federal, in particular Department of Defense/NSA - law enforcement agencies, but other Government agencies as well) CORPORATE, ACADEMIA, ORGANIZATIONAL 501 (c) 3s - Community/Neighborhood Gentrification Programs, and Multicultural Segregation Projects. 

Targeting of an Individual is Multiple Pronged, meaning there are SEVERAL different REASONS that are being Carried out simultaneously, within "ONE" location that are being conducted by those who can Capitalize upon the "Solo Target" in that Community, or Residential location - Anything from recruitment and training, setting up surveillance, to field testing cutting edge weaponized technologies, non consensual human experimentation, to weed and seed programs, now known as Neighborhood/Community Watch Programs, all the way to Community Gentrification - the Point being, the "Solo Target" is abusively used against their will and without their consent, as the Human Scapegoat for the selfish and sadistic Agenda's, Motives, Profits, Goals, from which ALL OTHERS, take advantage of - so THEY have a means by which to Achieve THEIR necessary outcomes.
