Neuroscience Erasing Memory, then Reactivating those Memories ALREADY DONE

The following article is in reference to what Target's like myself have already outlined.  Using Neurotechnological means of Erasing Memory - in particular short term - but what I found most relevant within the context of this latest Black Ops and Black Money/Blood Money project - meaning, they have long since been criminally and illegally experimenting on Targeted Individual's aka Human Subjects - but are only now proclaiming in 2014, that these experiments are being conducted in rodents/rats. 

The most RELEVANT is that the MEMORIES EXISTS, regardless of Temporary Erasure, and this is critical in eventually 'extracting' everything' that has been done to me against my will, without my consent, and in order to set me up/entrap me into FALSE SCENARIOS orchestrated by these fuck hole Domestic Terrorist's with criminal access to Biological-Technological Weapons of Mass Destruction. 

Scientists May Have Found A Way To Bring Back Memories Of Dementia Patients

Researchers at the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine have erased and successfully reactivated memories in rats, offering hope that the same can be achieved with humans.

The study, published next month, is the first to show the ability to selectively remove a memory and then reactivate it.

This is done by stimulating nerves in the brain at frequencies that are known to weaken and strengthen the connections between nerve cells, called synapses.

Roberto Malinow, a professor of neurosciences and senior author of the study, said: "We can form a memory, erase that memory and we can reactivate it, at will, by applying a stimulus that selectively strengthens or weakens synaptic connections.

"Since our work shows we can reverse the processes that weaken synapses, we could potentially counteract some of the beta amyloid's effects in Alzheimer's patients.”

There is much relevance because I have already outlined the use of Cognitive Neurotechnologies in reference to the offensive weaponized use of these bio-technological capabilities to deliberately impair, disrupt, and incapacitate: Cognitive, Motor, Central Nervous system, and/or Behavioral Functions -

Medial Plantar Nerve

• The muscles that the medial plantar nerve serves are the abductor hallucis, flexor hallucis brevis, flexor digitorum brevis and first lumbrical, according to the University of Michigan Medical School.

Lateral Plantar Nerve

• The muscles that the lateral plantar nerve serves are the quadratus plantae, abductor digiti minimi, flexor digiti minimi brevis, outside three lumbricals, adductor hallucis, and plantar and dorsal interossei.
