Computer Network Exploitation (CNE) - Foreground Merges with Background (Hacking)

The following Image is yet another sample of backdoor and background hacking during Internet use, which jams the internet signal strength, and at times MERGES so that the foreground MERGES with the Background (hacking, shadowing) -

As such, upon looking at the Tool Bar they are merged together because the foreground and background merge.
