MECHANICAL NOISE TRANSMISSION: WAKE UP CALL BY RESIDENT TERRORIST PERPS

Here is another Visual and Video Sample of how NOISE, SOUNDS, and/or CONVERSATIONS are EXTERNALLY PROJECTED and TRANSMITTED into Private Living Space.  There are several ways in which it is done.

1. Directed Conversations Right Outside your Private Living Space - whereby, whomever resides in that Location, is forced to HEAR the DIRECTED CONVERSATIONS because of where the PERPS are LOCATED.

2. Transmission of Sound utilizing External Acoustic Weaponry like Directional Ultrasound, Vibro-Acoustics via Piezoelectric Tranducers that take high frequency, coupled with a low acoustic vibration that can transmit sound directly into the Brain - via something called BONE CONDUCTION 

3. At end of Video you can hear the TWO types of Frequencies Necessary to assist in the Amplification via Piezoelectric Transduction for Bone Conduction Transmission and/or Amplification of Sound/Noise. 

This is done to Targeted Individual's all the time - whereby External is being utilized by the Resident Street Terrorist's - BUT it is also used in order to Slander via Character and Credibility Assassination of the Target - The following Video Show how it is done i.e. location of where these Resident Perps are  -

But what I am also establishing is that for the THIRD TIME, how Residents' Actively Participate in Character and Credibility Assassination of me the Target, by utilizing various TACTICS - from which a possible Recruit is Targeted with Overt i.e. speaking directly to the new resident via negative narratives or Subtle (speaking outside the new residents window so they are compelled to listen)

Thus - This video is Two-Fold - because I was woken out of a dead sleep by what appeared to be loud speaking outside my window - upon investing the voice of Michael and Casey - you will see how far they are from my actual room and the fact that I wear 33db Ear Plugs every night in order to drown out the other Projected Noise that is BLASTED into my living space. 

The only way I could hear them better than the recording in the video is because it is being projected mechanically and technologically - mainly BONE CONDUCTION with the possible Implanting of a foreign object in the Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ)  on the Right Side - to assist in amplifying the external noise.  The temporomandibular joint (TMJ) is the hinge joint that connects the lower jaw (mandible) to the temporal bone of the skull, which is immediately in front of the ear on each side of your head. The other reason is to show the TACTICS used by Recruited Domestic Terrorist Perps - Where they PLACE themselves - and how they OPERATE in near real time - very Strategic in terms of proclaimed false reasons for move - versus - how they can use that location to plant seeds of doubt - not by Directly speaking to the new resident like they did to Bed Bug/Assaulted Matt - but by way of SUBTLE Overhearing of what these Recruited Domestic Terrorist Resident Perp want the potential Recruit to Overhear.
