DARPA N3 PROJECT GOES LIVE - WWIII BEGINS - I Found the New Man Portable Biological-Technological Neurotechnology Being USED Against Me On the JOB

27 October 2018 -

DARPA N3 - DELIVERY SYSTEM INTO THE BRAIN - CAN NOW DO IT TO EVERYONE!!!!

The Next-Generation Nonsurgical Neurotechnology (N3) program

In the conference, DARPA officials also described the next frontier of neuroscience research: technologies for able-bodied soldiers that give them super abilities. Following this, they introduced the Next-Generation Nonsurgical Neurotechnology (N3) program, which was announced in March. This program aims at funding research on tech that can transmit high-fidelity signals between the brain and some external machine without requiring that the user is cut open for rewiring or implantation.

Al Emondi, manager of N3, said to IEEE Spectrum that he is currently picking researchers who will be funded under the program and can expect an announcement in early 2019.
The program has two tracks:
  • Completely non-invasive: The N3 program aims for new non-invasive tech that can match the high performance currently achieved only with implanted electrodes that are nestled in the brain tissue and therefore have a direct interface with neurons—either recording the electrical signals when the neurons “fire” into action or stimulating them to cause that firing.
  • Minutely invasive: DARPA says it doesn’t want its new brain tech to require even a tiny incision. Instead, minutely invasive tech might come into the body in the form of an injection, a pill, or even a nasal spray. Emondi imagines “nanotransducers” that can sit inside neurons, converting the electrical signal when it fires into some other type of signal that can be picked up through the skull.

CONTINUED NON CONSENSUAL USE OF WEAPONIZED NEUROTECHNOLOGIES - to Deliberately Disrupt Natural Cognitive, Motor, Central Nervous System and or Behavioral Functions in a Public Setting i.e. at my Workplace, while attempting to do my new job in a Grocery Store at the Crossroads in Carmel, CA.

This Building/Store Becomes a Laboratory  - Place the Conduit ie Me - at the CENTER REGISTER - THEN - FIRE UP the  ELECTROMAGNETIC/RADIO FREQUENCIES - and Begin MANIPULATING EVERYONE -

What is being done to me is NOT for MEDICAL purposes.  This is being done to me for Weaponized Purposes - and I am defenseless to protect myself against the Coercive Mechanical Force being Inflicted upon my brain functions.

In 2011, I published a Website - Detailing what was being done to me in terms of Weaponized Neurotechnologies, and have been fully VALIDATED by showing through their 2018 DARPA Solicitation - in their own published words - something a Targeted Victim such as myself has already detailed and published over (8) years ago - by DARPA along with their State, Corporate and Academia partnerships who have come out with this 2018 Solicitation - I have proven long before they have come out - I as the Non Consensual Targeted Victim of Weaponized Neurotechnology experiments - WAS and HAVE BEEN TELLING THE MOTHERFUCKING TRUTH!!!!!
(2011)
Documented My Targeting

6.. IMPLANTED RFID and/or EXTERNAL Bio/Neuro Sensors

With DARPA's N3 Solicitation, and the Moore's Law - Most All of this can now be done through a dedicated Application (APP), and provided with the password, can access and harness 'other' human beings through wireless (WiFI), remote, and  field communications (NFC)

Screen of Targeted Victim would look similar to this

And, like before, they have given access to these Civilians to Target me in a very, very, public setting

N3 Proposers Day (Archived)

April 3, 2018
DARPA Conference Center

N3 Proposers Day
DARPA’s Biological Technologies Office is hosting a Proposers Day and webinar to provide information to potential applicants on the structure and objectives of the new Next-Generation Nonsurgical Neurotechnology (N3) program. N3 aims to develop a high-resolution, portable neural interface system that is either completely noninvasive or only minutely invasive to enable practical applications of neurotechnology for able-bodied individuals. The envisioned system would be capable of reading from and writing to multiple points in the brain at once. DARPA intends to wrap up the program with a demonstration of a bidirectional system used in a defense-relevant task that could include human-machine interactions with unmanned aerial vehicles, active cyber defense systems, or other properly instrumented Department of Defense systems. Additional details, including registration instructions, are available at https://www.fbo.gov/spg/ODA/DARPA/CMO/DARPA-SN-18-38/listing.html

Please address administrative questions to DARPA-SN-18-38@darpa.mil, and refer to the N3 Proposers Day (DARPA-SN-18-38) in all correspondence.

DARPA hosts Proposers Days to provide potential performers with information on whether and how they might respond to the Government’s research and development solicitations and to increase efficiency in proposal preparation and evaluation. Therefore, the N3 Proposers Day is open only to registered potential applicants, and not to the media or general public.

Full N3 program details will be made available in a forthcoming Broad Agency Announcement posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website.
