First Amendment Violation FREEDOM of SPEECH - Talk Shoe and MY Archived Recordings

March 8, 2014

I am having continued ISSUES with Consistent Past Episode Numbers and their Recorded Archives from both the Talk Shoe Website, and the Talk Shoe RSS Archived Recordings.

Since, ALL Other Talk Shoe Shows/Recorded Archives can be fully, and freely accessed by either  the Host of their respective shows, or by the general public for free access and listening,  without want or fear of Tampering, Destruction, Removal, and/or Blocking of their Archived Recordings -

AND I CONTINUE to be DENIED this FREE AND EQUAL ACCESS TO MY ARCHIVED RECORDINGS - NOT ONLY FOR ME TO ACCESS FREELY AND LISTEN TO ALL OF THEM FREELY, BUT FOR Those within the General Public who may WISH to ACCESS these PAST RECORDED FILES -so, they too, can FREELY ACCESS and LISTEN to MY SPEECHES -

The Following Constitutionally Protected Right has been violated.  Free Speech along with Free Access for the General Public to Hear Freely any of my (530) Recordings, without Obstruction, Interference, or Tampering - but MY Recordings.

First Amendment:
The First Amendment to the United States Constitution codifies the freedom of speech as a constitutional right. The Amendment was adopted on December 15, 1791. The Amendment states:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Freedom of Speech:
The most basic component of freedom of expression is the right of freedom of speech.  The right to freedom of speech allows individuals to express themselves without interference or constraint by the government.  The Supreme Court requires the government to provide substantial justifications for the interference with the right of free speech where it attempts to regulate the content of the speech.

Have recorded two new episodes in the last couple of days, but once again continued issues with accessing the Talk Shoe RSS Archived Recordings for my Show via Firefox Web Browser, and under the following
URL recordings.talkshoe.com/rss99521.xml

There are no Current Archived Recordings -

RSS Archived Recordings via Safari Web Browser, and due to the keyword FEED - appears to be a FAKE or Temporary Access of the Recorded Files.

Safari Web Browser URL: feed://recordings.talkshoe.com/rss99521.xml

From the TALK SHOE WEBSITE  - Once again via two different Web Browsers i.e. Safari and Firefox - you will see Different Past Episode Totals.  Images - (Prior to March 8, 2014 Show Number 550 Recording being archived. )

(Left Image via Safari (489 Past Recordings) (Right Image via Firefox (530 Past Episodes)
