!! HELP !! TALK SHOE, Inc is Attempting to Extort Money Out of Me to Pay their Corp Network Employees to Fix Their NETWORK Error, and Restore the Full Library of My Archived Recordings.

Update:  I also consider non access to my recordings, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY THEFT - as that IS MY WORK that is being Systematically Removed, Stolen, Deleted, and/or Taken and not Returned for me to Access, and/or Decide which Recordings I wish to be Publicly Published.

The following Email was sent out to various agencies to include the Better Business Bureau in reference to a major problem with a Free Online Service, that also provides for Free both Website Show Specific Past/Archived Recordings, and an outside online RSS Cloud Storage for "All Shows Library/Archived Recordings," which can be accessed by the General Public without having to Visit the Talk Shoe.com Website.

At this point I am currently being told by the Talk Shoe, Inc. that in order to conduct further Investigations, or to Restore ALL My Archived Recordings - I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THEM - to
a. Conduct Further Investigation
b. To find out where Their NETWORK ERRORS or Possible 3rd Party Criminal Access to their NETWORK Occurred.

In addition, that I should do a manual Audit to determine the Numerical Sequence to see how many shows are Missing, the Only problem with that - Numerical Sequences can be Altered via Back Door Network Access.

I AM BEING EXTORTED BY A CORPORATION, IN ORDER TO GAIN ACCESS TO MY ARCHIVED RECORDINGS - THAT APPEAR TO BE HELD HOSTAGE - UNLESS I PAY THE CORPORATION TO RESTORE THEM. 

I WANT MY RECORDINGS RESTORED and NOT TO BE HELD HOSTAGE BY A CORPORATION WHO IS NOW ATTEMPTING TO EXTORT MONEY FROM ME TO PAY THEM FOR WHAT THEY PROVIDE FOR FREE TO "ALL OTHER" SHOW HOSTS WHO OPEN EPISODES and RECORD THEIR SHOWS...

I would like to file a formal complaint and request an investigation into the conduct of the following Corporation that is registered in the State of Pennsylvania.

The following is an overview of what their their Corporation Provides:
"TalkShoe, Inc. operates a Web site that enables talk shows and conversations using telephones, cell phones, and chat. It hosts Talkcasts, a live or recorded conversation, talk show, and discussion group led by a host with talkers and listeners. The company was founded in 2005 and is headquartered in Wexford, Pennsylvania."

In addition to this, a person/Host who sets up a Live Talk/Chat Account, is allowed to Record their Shows, and as another Free service, the Company, will Kept Free of Charge All Past Archived Episodes/Recordings, which can be accessed later for people to listen to.  These Recordings are kept both on their Talk Shoe.com Website, and an Outside/Online Cloud via RSS Talk Shoe Recordings, archives. 

I have attempted to work with Talk Shoe, Inc. in order to Resolve a Multi-Pronged Issue, whereby My Shows past recording library/archives cannot be accessed, in full, at all,  or randomly, whereas other Shows can.  It has affected both the Full Library of Past Episodes/Recordings from the Talk Shoe.com Website, and from their outside RSS Cloud Storage Access. 

It has come to the point where, I feel there has been Tampering with my recorded archived files, and possible outside 3rd Party Tampering with those recorded files, from which Talk Shoe, Inc. is attempting to place the Burden and Blame upon me, as opposed to conducting a Thorough Investigation into their Network about their Errors, and have provided me with spacious, if not fraudulent explanation, altogether. 

Furthermore, today, March 6, 2014 I received yet another email from Talk Shoe, that basically is now attempting to EXTORT MONEY, and  FORCE ME TO PAY TALK SHOE - in order to conduct investigation into Talk Shoe's Corporate Network Errors, and/or possible 3rd Party outside criminal tampering with their network.  That If I do not PAY THEM, they will do NOTHING to Restore my recordings, in the same manner "ALL OTHER" recorded archives from "ALL OTHERr" Show Hosts are provided free of charge.

I am fully aware that Talk Shoe, Inc provides a Free Service Online, but within the Scope of that Free Service they also provide ALL their HOSTS the ability to Access Past Shows either directly from the Talk Shoe.com Website, or Else via their RSS Online Archived Access.   To now EXTORT Money in order to access and or retrieve my past recorded library IN FULL, an option provided to All Other Shows with the exception of mine, highly Discriminatory, Corporate Malfeasance at best, and Criminal at worst. 

Please, look into this issue, as I would like to have ALL the Past Recorded Files Restored, like all other Users of the Talk Shoe's Free Services, and NOT BE EXTORTED by a Corporation to PAY THEM in order to obtain, and/or access the FULL Library of my archived information, which they provide to All other Users who Host Shows for Free.

What set off this request for an investigation into Corporate Extortion was the following excerpt from an email received today.   The bottom line there are (530 Past Recorded Episodes) from a Total of (549 Shows) - which even if manually counted - via backdoor access would only show manual manipulation on their part, as opposed to the actual number of recordings - that should be accessed for Free as a part of their service. 

... "The most recent episode was 'Numbered' 548 - but as I said - TalkShoe support can't spend the time going through 36 pages of episode listings to see any erors or hidden episodes.
As stated fuller investigation may be possible at a cost to you (for the resourses needed to investigate)"

Or I can see if and at what cost TalkShoe can investigate for you - although there is a possiblity that such an option will not be possible to offer.


To show how Pervasive these Errors are when simply attempting to Equally Access like all other Talk Shoe Hosts who have recorded past episodes is the following - which is a Network Issue as opposed to something I need to Check Out and Manually Count.  There is something Going on that keeps Altering the Number of Episodes to be Viewed.
