2006 Request to SBC Global to INVESTIGATE HACKING PROBLEMS

The following JPEG Upload is an Email I sent out to SBC Global requesting a thorough Investigation into Serious hacking into my Computer.   On 19 September 2006 - I received an email response.

I was "Blitzed" aka Overtly Targeted in late July/August, 2006 - which meant Every available means, to include Human Intelligence, with their abusive use of a Huge Network of Civilian Informants were deployed and executed against me, to let me know in an Overt, In Your Face Manner that I was being subjected to Targeting.

The email response from SBC Global, is Date and Time Stamped, which will indicate how long I have attempted to have these type of Covert and Overt Electronic Warfare and Computer Network Exploitation and Attacks resolved.

This Email was sent to the United States Department of Justice to request further inquiry into possible criminal acts on the part of Talk Shoe, Inc or 3rd Party Cyber Crimes taking place that has Directly Affect My ability to Fully Access ALL My Talk Shoe Past Episodes and their Respect Archived Recording.

Within the Scope of this due to the inaccuracy of both the Talk Shoe Website, and the Talk Shoe RSS Archives - I have asked that the investigation also focus on Intellectual Property Theft as these Recordings Represent the Research I have done, the Information I have Provided based on this research, my analysis of leaked information and how it parallels information I have already publish, and most of all to Document Information about my Targeting on a Daily Basis via this Street Terrorism, and Remote Electronic Harassment.

I am having continued ISSUES with Consistent Past Episode Numbers and their Recorded Archives from both the Talk Shoe Website, and the Talk Shoe RSS Archived Recordings.

Since, ALL Other Talk Shoe Shows/Recorded Archives can be fully, and freely accessed by either  the Host of their respective shows, or by the general public for free access and listening,  without want or fear of Tampering, Destruction, Removal, and/or Blocking of their Archived Recordings -

AND I CONTINUE to be DENIED this FREE AND EQUAL ACCESS TO MY ARCHIVED RECORDINGS - NOT ONLY FOR ME TO ACCESS FREELY AND LISTEN TO ALL OF THEM FREELY, BUT FOR Those within the General Public who may WISH to ACCESS these PAST RECORDED FILES -so, they too, can FREELY ACCESS and LISTEN to MY SPEECHES -

The Following Constitutionally Protected Right has been violated.  Free Speech along with Free Access for the General Public to Hear Freely any of my (530) Recordings, without Obstruction, Interference, or Tampering - but MY Recordings.  

First Amendment:
The First Amendment to the United States Constitution codifies the freedom of speech as a constitutional right. The Amendment was adopted on December 15, 1791. The Amendment states:

Freedom of Speech:

The most basic component of freedom of expression is the right of freedom of speech.  The right to freedom of speech allows individuals to express themselves without interference or constraint by the government.  The Supreme Court requires the government to provide substantial justifications for the interference with the right of free speech where it attempts to regulate the content of the speech.

!! HELP !! TALK SHOE, Inc is Attempting to Extort Money Out of Me to Pay their Corp Network Employees to Fix Their NETWORK Error, and Restore the Full Library of My Archived Recordings.

Update:  I also consider non access to my recordings, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY THEFT - as that IS MY WORK that is being Systematically Removed, Stolen, Deleted, and/or Taken and not Returned for me to Access, and/or Decide which Recordings I wish to be Publicly Published.

The following Email was sent out to various agencies to include the Better Business Bureau in reference to a major problem with a Free Online Service, that also provides for Free both Website Show Specific Past/Archived Recordings, and an outside online RSS Cloud Storage for "All Shows Library/Archived Recordings," which can be accessed by the General Public without having to Visit the Talk Shoe.com Website.

At this point I am currently being told by the Talk Shoe, Inc. that in order to conduct further Investigations, or to Restore ALL My Archived Recordings - I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THEM - to
a. Conduct Further Investigation
b. To find out where Their NETWORK ERRORS or Possible 3rd Party Criminal Access to their NETWORK Occurred.

In addition, that I should do a manual Audit to determine the Numerical Sequence to see how many shows are Missing, the Only problem with that - Numerical Sequences can be Altered via Back Door Network Access.

I AM BEING EXTORTED BY A CORPORATION, IN ORDER TO GAIN ACCESS TO MY ARCHIVED RECORDINGS - THAT APPEAR TO BE HELD HOSTAGE - UNLESS I PAY THE CORPORATION TO RESTORE THEM.

I would like to file a formal complaint and request an investigation into the conduct of the following Corporation that is registered in the State of Pennsylvania.

The following is an overview of what their their Corporation Provides:
"TalkShoe, Inc. operates a Web site that enables talk shows and conversations using telephones, cell phones, and chat. It hosts Talkcasts, a live or recorded conversation, talk show, and discussion group led by a host with talkers and listeners. The company was founded in 2005 and is headquartered in Wexford, Pennsylvania."

In addition to this, a person/Host who sets up a Live Talk/Chat Account, is allowed to Record their Shows, and as another Free service, the Company, will Kept Free of Charge All Past Archived Episodes/Recordings, which can be accessed later for people to listen to.  These Recordings are kept both on their Talk Shoe.com Website, and an Outside/Online Cloud via RSS Talk Shoe Recordings, archives. 

I have attempted to work with Talk Shoe, Inc. in order to Resolve a Multi-Pronged Issue, whereby My Shows past recording library/archives cannot be accessed, in full, at all,  or randomly, whereas other Shows can.  It has affected both the Full Library of Past Episodes/Recordings from the Talk Shoe.com Website, and from their outside RSS Cloud Storage Access. 

It has come to the point where, I feel there has been Tampering with my recorded archived files, and possible outside 3rd Party Tampering with those recorded files, from which Talk Shoe, Inc. is attempting to place the Burden and Blame upon me, as opposed to conducting a Thorough Investigation into their Network about their Errors, and have provided me with spacious, if not fraudulent explanation, altogether. 

Furthermore, today, March 6, 2014 I received yet another email from Talk Shoe, that basically is now attempting to EXTORT MONEY, and  FORCE ME TO PAY TALK SHOE - in order to conduct investigation into Talk Shoe's Corporate Network Errors, and/or possible 3rd Party outside criminal tampering with their network.  That If I do not PAY THEM, they will do NOTHING to Restore my recordings, in the same manner "ALL OTHER" recorded archives from "ALL OTHERr" Show Hosts are provided free of charge.

I am fully aware that Talk Shoe, Inc provides a Free Service Online, but within the Scope of that Free Service they also provide ALL their HOSTS the ability to Access Past Shows either directly from the Talk Shoe.com Website, or Else via their RSS Online Archived Access.   To now EXTORT Money in order to access and or retrieve my past recorded library IN FULL, an option provided to All Other Shows with the exception of mine, highly Discriminatory, Corporate Malfeasance at best, and Criminal at worst. 

Please, look into this issue, as I would like to have ALL the Past Recorded Files Restored, like all other Users of the Talk Shoe's Free Services, and NOT BE EXTORTED by a Corporation to PAY THEM in order to obtain, and/or access the FULL Library of my archived information, which they provide to All other Users who Host Shows for Free.

What set off this request for an investigation into Corporate Extortion was the following excerpt from an email received today.   The bottom line there are (530 Past Recorded Episodes) from a Total of (549 Shows) - which even if manually counted - via backdoor access would only show manual manipulation on their part, as opposed to the actual number of recordings - that should be accessed for Free as a part of their service. 

... "The most recent episode was 'Numbered' 548 - but as I said - TalkShoe support can't spend the time going through 36 pages of episode listings to see any erors or hidden episodes.
As stated fuller investigation may be possible at a cost to you (for the resourses needed to investigate)"

Or I can see if and at what cost TalkShoe can investigate for you - although there is a possiblity that such an option will not be possible to offer.


To show how Pervasive these Errors are when simply attempting to Equally Access like all other Talk Shoe Hosts who have recorded past episodes is the following - which is a Network Issue as opposed to something I need to Check Out and Manually Count.  There is something Going on that keeps Altering the Number of Episodes to be Viewed.

MAY thru AUGUST, 2012 : Blast from the Past


Going back after seeing a Twitter Post about Skywalker Sound, and how I was duped into a false belief, that ended up being very costly for me.

In May, 2012, I was offered a Job as a Production Accountant for Skywalker Sound.  Upon receiving the Formal Job Offer in Writing, and the Start Package, to include what is called the Companies, "Confidentiality Clauses"

Upon reading through the "Clauses" I was immediately Red Flagged because everything being Outlined had Nothing to do with any "Company Financial Confidentiality," and Everything to do with "Creative" i.e. Talent, Brand, Intellectual Property, Inventions, etc. 

I, immediately telephoned, and emailed the Lucas Human Resources Recruiter, and wanted clarification about the Clauses, before signing pre-employment paperwork and returning it to the company, and that possibly they provided the Wrong Confidentiality Clauses for me to sign. 

In addition, to explaining I had Serious Concerns about Number 8 "Name and Likeness" to include why the Company would want Exclusive Rights to someones Signature?  

While waiting for feed back from Lucas Human Resources about the "Confidentiality Clauses," I contacted several Entertainment Attorney's in Los Angeles and provided them with a copy of the Clauses.  I was only contacted back by one Talent/Brand/Intellectual Property Attorney in Beverly Hills, who told me that it was the most ridiculous thing he had ever read, and totally inappropriate for someone being hired to do Accounting.  But, he also stated that they could Do Whatever They Wanted, and If, I needed the job, I may have to sign it.  

At each juncture during Emails and Telephone Call Correspondence, I continued to request information about the, "Confidentiality Clauses" and that I needed to know before I accepted the job and signed that portion of the start paperwork for the job.   I was told Do Not Worry, move up to Northern California, I did not need to sign the "Clauses" until I had spoken to the Companies Attorney's at Orientation. (which never happened)

Upon packing my belongings, getting into a $1500 a month lease, going through Orientation, and Working for Three Days, I received a Call from Lucas Human Resources stating the Attorney's NEVER Speak to the Employees, and that I either Signed the Confidentiality Clauses in Whole or I could not Work for them.

Since,  Number 8, "Name and Likeness" was a Deal Breaker - I gathered my things, and left Skywalker Sound. 

I was totally misled throughout the process, told things were negotiable, move up, come up, and speak with them at Orientation. Had I simply been informed from the beginning, when I contacted the Company that LUCAS Does Not Negotiate, and that their Clauses were Non Negotiable - I would have TURNED DOWN the JOB Immediately, which could have saved me thousands of dollars, and utter disappointment in how I was ultimately treated. 

I may need a job, but I would "NEVER" relinquish my Identity, in particular my SIGNATURE - as Number 8 States, to allow anyone "OWNERSHIP" over me.  -  BE CAREFUL WHO YOU IDLE WORSHIP -

Discovery of Quantum Vibrations in 'Microtubules' Inside Brain Neurons Supports Controversial Theory of Consciousness

Jan. 16, 2014 — A review and update of a controversial 20-year-old theory of consciousness published in Physics of Life Reviews claims that consciousness derives from deeper level, finer scale activities inside brain neurons. The recent discovery of quantum vibrations in "microtubules" inside brain neurons corroborates this theory, according to review authors Stuart Hameroff and Sir Roger Penrose. They suggest that EEG rhythms (brain waves) also derive from deeper level microtubule vibrations, and that from a practical standpoint, treating brain microtubule vibrations could benefit a host of mental, neurological, and cognitive conditions.

The theory, called "orchestrated objective reduction" ('Orch OR'), was first put forward in the mid-1990s by eminent mathematical physicist Sir Roger Penrose, FRS, Mathematical Institute and Wadham College, University of Oxford, and prominent anesthesiologist Stuart Hameroff, MD, Anesthesiology, Psychology and Center for Consciousness Studies, The University of Arizona, Tucson. They suggested that quantum vibrational computations in microtubules were "orchestrated" ("Orch") by synaptic inputs and memory stored in microtubules, and terminated by Penrose "objective reduction" ('OR'), hence "Orch OR." Microtubules are major components of the cell structural skeleton.

Orch OR was harshly criticized from its inception, as the brain was considered too "warm, wet, and noisy" for seemingly delicate quantum processes.. However, evidence has now shown warm quantum coherence in plant photosynthesis, bird brain navigation, our sense of smell, and brain microtubules. The recent discovery of warm temperature quantum vibrations in microtubules inside brain neurons by the research group led by Anirban Bandyopadhyay, PhD, at the National Institute of Material Sciences in Tsukuba, Japan (and now at MIT), corroborates the pair's theory and suggests that EEG rhythms also derive from deeper level microtubule vibrations. In addition, work from the laboratory of Roderick G. Eckenhoff, MD, at the University of Pennsylvania, suggests that anesthesia, which selectively erases consciousness while sparing non-conscious brain activities, acts via microtubules in brain neurons.

"The origin of consciousness reflects our place in the universe, the nature of our existence. Did consciousness evolve from complex computations among brain neurons, as most scientists assert? Or has consciousness, in some sense, been here all along, as spiritual approaches maintain?" ask Hameroff and Penrose in the current review. "This opens a potential Pandora's Box, but our theory accommodates both these views, suggesting consciousness derives from quantum vibrations in microtubules, protein polymers inside brain neurons, which both govern neuronal and synaptic function, and connect brain processes to self-organizing processes in the fine scale, 'proto-conscious' quantum structure of reality."

After 20 years of skeptical criticism, "the evidence now clearly supports Orch OR," continue Hameroff and Penrose. "Our new paper updates the evidence, clarifies Orch OR quantum bits, or "qubits," as helical pathways in microtubule lattices, rebuts critics, and reviews 20 testable predictions of Orch OR published in 1998 -- of these, six are confirmed and none refuted."

An important new facet of the theory is introduced. Microtubule quantum vibrations (e.g. in megahertz) appear to interfere and produce much slower EEG "beat frequencies." Despite a century of clinical use, the underlying origins of EEG rhythms have remained a mystery. Clinical trials of brief brain stimulation aimed at microtubule resonances with megahertz mechanical vibrations using transcranial ultrasound have shown reported improvements in mood, and may prove useful against Alzheimer's disease and brain injury in the future.

Lead author Stuart Hameroff concludes, "Orch OR is the most rigorous, comprehensive and successfully-tested theory of consciousness ever put forth. From a practical standpoint, treating brain microtubule vibrations could benefit a host of mental, neurological, and cognitive conditions."

The review is accompanied by eight commentaries from outside authorities, including an Australian group of Orch OR arch-skeptics. To all, Hameroff and Penrose respond robustly.

Penrose, Hameroff and Bandyopadhyay will explore their theories during a session on "Microtubules and the Big Consciousness Debate" at the Brainstorm Sessions, a public three-day event at the Brakke Grond in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, January 16-18, 2014. They will engage skeptics in a debate on the nature of consciousness, and Bandyopadhyay and his team will couple microtubule vibrations from active neurons to play Indian musical instruments. "Consciousness depends on anharmonic vibrations of microtubules inside neurons, similar to certain kinds of Indian music, but unlike Western music which is harmonic," Hameroff explains.

In the case of the Solicitation for Funding by DARPA to place brain implants into "subjects", the Technical Areas have to do with Monitoring Neural Output, and then using existing or new BIO-technological means by which to "stimulate aka ZAP neurons" or a series of neurons in order to '"elevate symptoms." aka control behavioral functions....

DARPA seeks to develop a new understanding of complex, systems-based disorders of the brain. A major goal of this effort is to deliver a platform technology for precise therapy in humans living with neuropsychiatric and neurologic disease, including veterans and active duty soldiers suffering from mental health issues. Methods developed through this program will use neural recording and stimulation to close the loop on therapeutic treatment in individuals who receive minimal benefits from currently available treatments. This program could lead to improved knowledge of multiple neural subnetworks of the brain that are involved in disease and illness. This program combines novel device development, complex modeling of behaving human neural systems, clinical neurology, and animal research in order to advance the understanding and translation of safe, effective neurotechnological therapies.

This is nothing more than Coercive Mechanical manipulation of Cognitive, Motor, Central Nervous System, and/or Behavioral Functions.  aka MIND CONTROL

Thus, this is a means by which to come out of the black ops closet, and claim this is for the purpose of "ideas" or "proof of principle" but in reality they have long since and criminally been experimenting on Human Subject in the form of Targeted Individual's for YEARS.  

This approach should advance neuropsychiatry beyond the realm of dialogue-driven observations and 
resultant trial and error and into the realm of therapy driven by quantifiable characteristics of neural 
state. In doing so, SUBNETS will create one of the most comprehensive datasets of systems-based brain 
activity ever recorded.

For purposes of this program, DARPA is specifically interested in evaluating the underlying systems, 
which contribute to the following conditions as described by the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of 
Mental Disorders (DSM-V):

HOW MANY FIELDS ARE INVOLVED 

DARPA expects that successful teams will span across disciplines including psychiatry, neurosurgery, 
microelectronics, neuroscience, statistics, and computational modeling. All teams should have access to 
sufficient clinical populations to allow the recruitment of volunteer research participants from each of 
the diseases and disorders of interest. Teams that propose to Technical Area Two should have familiarity
with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations regarding implanted devices. Teams that 
propose to Technical Area Three should have currently operating facilities for advanced animal 
modeling, such as non-human primate research.

Technical Area One (TA One):  aka (MAPPING THE BRAIN VIA NEURAL OUTPUT)

TA One is comprised of clinical trials in order to establish mechanistic models of awake, behaving 
human brain activity. In Phase One, investigators should propose a method to establish models for 
two neuropsychiatric systems and one neurological system. These methods should demonstrate the 
capacity to record neural signals from participants and associate these signals with behavior. 
Additionally, models should describe how stimulation could, without impacting behavior or symptoms 
not related to their primary disease outcomes, effect research participants and provide alleviation from 
their disease- related symptoms. In Phase Two, investigators will be responsible for modeling the 
additional two neuropsychiatric systems and the final two neurological systems. DARPA is particularly
 interested in proposals that advance understanding of mechanisms of change, plasticity, or adaptation 
in neural systems over time in response to stimulation.

Technical Area Two (TA Two):  AKA ( ZAPPING the Brain to alter cognitive, motor, central 
nervous system and/or behaivoral functions)

TA Two encompasses the hardware development component in order to create safe and effective sensing
 and stimulation systems. These systems may be based on currently available commercial technology, or
 take on a new form-factor. Goals and metrics in this TA include the fabrication and testing of novel 
devices, ensuring that the devices are amenable to the functionalization of models built in TA One, 
and advancing the state-of- the art for weight, power, and actuation. Additionally, TA Two will include
tasks related to device acceptance by both the FDA and consultation with potential end users from the
 clinical and patient communities.

DARPA is not interested in simple modifications to existing technologies, but rather seeks to significantly 
advance the capabilities of neural recording beyond those offered from current commercial-off-the-shelf 
devices. For purposes of this proposal, proposers should not limit their understanding of neural recording 
to the ability to record electrical potentials generated through synaptic activity, but may also address other 
methods of recording neural activity, such as methods for measuring neurotransmitters. Proposals which 
outline methods for recording non-electrical activity of neurons must also outline an appropriate FDA 
strategy, to include package submission and Investigational Device Exemption (IDE) approval in Phase 
One and package modifications in Phase Two.

Ethical, Legal, and Societal Implications (ELSI) of Neurotechnology for Disease Alleviation:

DARPA maintains its commitment to ensuring that efforts funded under this BAA adhere to ethical 

and legal regulations currently in place for federally and DoD-funded research involving human and

 animal use. Program developments will be discussed with the Presidential Commission for the Study 

of Bioethical Issues, which advises the President on bioethical issues that may emerge as a

consequence of advances in biomedical science and technology. Respondents to this BAA should 

address potential ethical, legal, and societal implications of the proposed technology. Specifically, 

proposers should address patient populations who may benefit from the use of a novel technology 

to address symptom severity.
