15 October 2014: Fear of Doing Damage to My Property - by way of additional parked vehicle Obstructing and Impeding Safe and Timely Back Out into Street.
Today, I was able to maneuver my vehicle forward a couple feet, and park temporarily in another Tenant's spot due to a need to leave for a scheduled appointment. This was only accomplished for two reasons - The Most Important Aspect is to show the VISUAL of JUST HOW CLOSE MY VEHICLE IS UPON ATTEMPTING TO BACK OUT - and Remember only Inches is what I am being provided. No other Tenant is required to do this - NO OTHER TENANT but ME.
1. The White Lexus that parks next to me had left
2. The White Prius that backs up to my license plate - was parked two to three feet forward and away from my vehicle. This allowed me to first MOVE Forward, before, I backed up, otherwise - there would be NO WAY - based upon this video to back out safely or straight - FEAR of Damage to My property or another/s- (which is the Intent to Instill FEAR and Intimidation - by the Resident's and Property Owner)
Generally this is NOT the case by these Resident's - who continue to Box and Squeeze my vehicle in, knowing it will impede, obstruct, and slow my ability to back out onto the street safely, even without this Grey Camry completely impeding my vehicle - but most of all it is being used as a Pervasive Harassment and Intimidation Tactic, to cause FEAR of Safe Passage/Movement and or Damage to My Property or that of another/s.
This Video is to show a Visual from the back of my vehicle as I am first moving forward by inches, and then backing up very slowly, by inches, only being provided a few feet to do so, and REMINDER - that the White Prius that parks in the space in front of me, was parked forward enough to provide me the ability to move forward. Also Note, that I was close to the Silver Honda by Inches due to the On the Line parking - before backing up, which is Not Done without the additional few feet of the White Prius, there is no room to safely back the vehicle up.

White Prius was impeding space because another Tenant parked in his original assigned spot. This Caucasian Male Tenant, telephoned the Owner to have former Tenant Eunice Wong move her vehicle out of his spot, but instead, the Owner gave the spot in front of me to this Tenant who moved in over a year after me, and I had already asked the Property Owner if I could change my spot. She FLAT OUT refused, and this had occurred, when the spot in front of me first opened up 3 months prior, then when the new occupant moved out in July, 2014.

A civil standby is a service provided by the police department where the police will, upon request, come to a specified address to "standby to keep the peace". This is often a low-priority call and the officer will only remain at the premises for a limited time (at the officer's discretion).
Is necessary to PROTECT MYSELF and MY PRIVATE PROPERTY from Risk of Continued harassment, hostilities by Resident and Property Owner, Song Cha Choe's refusal to ensure this tenant Cease and Desist - and My property from Risk of Damage due to the pervasive nature of "other' Tenant/s vehicle parking habits - which are to come up to the line or over - to impeded free flow of my vehicle as much as possible.
It appears that the Residential Hostility Continues, and refusal by Property Owner Song Cha Choe, or the Korean Male Tenant to Comply Ensuring this vehicle is NOT PARKED in the two spaces that block or impedes two of the three vehicles movements. At this point there is No Reasoning with the Property Owner, who has been asked repeatedly, or Tenant/s who continues to Disregard all of it. And, the Sheer Accusatory HOSTILITY and DEROGATORY Nature that I am Treated because I have repeatedly asked for this to be RESOLVED PEACEFULLY.
As such, it appears the Only Option is to ensure that I as a Law Abiding Citizen No Longer have to Deal with Such Hostility, Abuse, and Derogatory, Slanderous Name Calling upon and against myself, or my person - I have an option, and due to Refusal to CEASE and DESIST - it becomes Extreme Hostility and Harassment in an Organized, Orchestrated Residential Manner -
In addition, I, REFUSE, and WILL NOT RISK MY PRIVATE PROPERTY being Damaged, because of DELIBERATE OBSTRUCTIONS and IMPEDING, UP TO LINES AND OVER THE LINE PARKING when the Situation already called for the Additional Vehicle to NOT PARK on the PREMISES.
