Wanted to Upload this photos to ensure this Residential Perp, does not attempt to accuse me of what happened to his vehicle.

At approximately 18:35 PM  - The Driver of the Silver Honda was exiting the premises.  I was in front of him, going out to smoke, and like all synchronization, he comes out -

I was over towards 905/907 back parking, smoking, when I heard a loud impact sound.  Upon turning to look in the direction of the noise, I noticed that the Perp Resident's front bumper appeared to have fallen off upon whatever impact he hit. 

Since, I have been FALSELY ACCUSED by Several Resident's at 901 S. Catalina - I want to ensure that this Asshole does not attempt to do it as well.  My vehicle has not moved since Tuesday, and his vehicle was not here that day.  This is to show whatever transpired, was either his fault i.e. he backed out or into something, or he was on the high part of the curb, instead of the sloped area, and the low bumper popped off. 

On the heels of this incident, I noticed that another Gathering Perp Haven for this Community Street Terrorism Location at 910 S. Catalina - Immediately Placed a Second Porch Light, or Changed the Bulb to Much Brighter i.e. higher Wattage - It is SHINING BRIGHT at 910, and other Perp Gathering Locations tonight, but then the GUILTY who have the most to hide want to be sure they can IDENTIFY - just in case their Karmic Dues are coming round the corners ... 

So, whatever is going on, 910 S. Catalina - is worried...

I will say that while I was outside, I took several powerful Hits to the Right Temporal / Temple - I actually thought it was The Resident Perp / Silver Honda, but he was removing the car cover of his vehicle when I looked over.  

And, when it happened, it sounded more like he hit something, by the time I turned to see what the sound was, his front bumper was on the the sidewalk.  I think, like I said, he did not back out onto the lower slope and the front left tire came down from the higher part of the curb.

This is not my location - but gives a good Good Image Description i.e. the lower curb, and the higher area -  If the left front tire went off the higher curb at a slight angle, the bumper probably hit.  This area the curbs are much lower or something because you have to exit slowly or you will scrape your bumper.  I have heard vehicle exiting, in particular off S. Catalina, and their Bumpers scrape. 

INITIAL AND INSTANT - PANIC BUTTON WENT OFF AND THIS COMMUNITY and STREET TERRORISM ORGANIZATION went into MOTION - - because they KNOW I did not do it -  I STILL THINK this asshole Resident Perp was not on the lower part of the curb, and backed out too fast - as his tire came down to Street level, from the higher part of the curb - the bumper hit really hard - or This NETWORK were attempting to ORCHESTRATE A SET UP -

BUT THE GUILTY PARTIES IN THIS RESIDENTIAL LOCATION - LITERALLY FREAKED OUT INITIALLY - and IT SWEPT THROUGH THIS NEIGHBORHOOD FROM ALL THE GUILTY PARTIES WHO ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE IN TARGETING, HARASSING and TORTURING WITH THESE DIRECTED ENERGY WEAPONS ...

Here is how I KNOW because the GUILTY ALWAYS REVEAL THEM - SELVES -

1. These Perps KNOW I did not do it -
2. If, the Asshole Resident claims he did not back off the high part of the curb, which clipped his bumper, because he was backing out too fast -

Initially NONE of their People were claiming they DID IT - i.e. rigged his vehicle / sabotaged the vehicle in the hopes of Pinning the Incident on me - thinking I would go out on Friday - since his vehicle was gone the entire week - save FRIDAY - this way these fucks would use their surveillance to cut and paste i.e. edit clips to give the False Impressions I had done something - but I did not go out Friday, nor had moved the car since Tuesday -

As such, INITIALLY -  THE GUILTY REVEALED Them-Selves because of their INITIAL PANIC

1. New Jersey Female Residential Perp - Parks Vehicle onto Property - Why? Since, the first sighting of this vehicle was early enough in the evening for STREET PARKING - Why bring it onto the Property?  Maybe, because the Network INITIALLY told this Resident, along with their NETWORK to GET HER CAR OFF THE STREET

2. 910 S. Catalina, and other Gathering Perp Locations appeared to add or change their Porch LIGHTING -  Brighten so as to be able to Identify Outsiders.  Since, I have resided at this location these Residential Gathering Locations tend to keep their Outside Porch Lights dimmer, so as NOT to be able to identify the Perp Traffic that comes and goes, and has made it difficult to Document these Perps.  But LAST NIGHT ...  this darkened neighborhood was light up like Christmas -

THINK of this K-TOWN LOCATION going from 20 Watt porch light bulbs to 200 Watt light bulbs in ONE FELL SWOOP...   What it actually did was identify each PERP Gathering Location that Receives NETWORK Information. 

The MOST TELLING of INITIAL PANIC by GUILTY PERP COMMUNITY, aside from all the Perp Location Brightening their Porches - is the New Jersey Resident - who had adequate street parking to use - but must have received Initial Networked information:
1. Perps Denied Sabotaging the Silver Honda Civic in order to Set Me Up
2. Civic Owner, denied having run over the curb too fast
3. 910 S. Catalina, 905/907 S. Catalina etc. All Ensuring their Porches were Blasting with Illumination -

And, most of ALL this Perp Community INITIALLY freaked out - due to the above - because:

4. They BELIEVED INITIALLY an Outside Third Party - was responsible, and whatever happened transpired outside this residential location i.e. when his car was out during the week  - and for Her to GET HER VEHICLE OFF the STREET.  


There is another explanation, which is the deliberate orchestration on the part of this Residential and Street Terrorism Civilian Network Community - but they failed because my car has not moved since Tuesday, which gave them NOTHING ...  Other than their own FAILED ATTEMPT to Pin False Shit, yet, again.

This is the most likely scenario.

Residential and Community Street Terrorism Network - Must have RECEIVED WORD that it was in FACT an INSIDE JOB - thus Attempting to Set Me UP for the Umpteenth time, as this Network were provided information on what they NEEDED  to do.

Was getting ready to take a shower, when this female perp jumped into action.  There are several Residents' who criminally, and illegally monitor my moves, or are provided with the moves I make within my private living space.  Upon leaving, or making moves, to utilize the shared areas, to include the bathroom, one or more of the Residents' will be either have direct privacy invasion access into my private living space, or be informed of the moves I am about to make -  I am going to start Tagging when I can EACH and EVERY resident that JUMPS into ACTION - based upon Warrantless, Criminal and Illegal Privacy Invasion, into my Private, Paid rental room.  In addition, a latino teen, on a bike was told to come over to this area, and he, too was CAUGHT - Once again, because this Community Network believed I was going in to take a shower.   One of the MAJOR Culprits is the Complex that has direct line of sight into my private living space.  The location of this complex is 3040 / 3042 James E. Woods.  Who could be Queuing Community Members when to STRIKE based upon what is taking place inside the privacy of my living space.
