PREMEDITATED: ULTRASONIC HUMIDIFIER/s BLASTING for TEMPERATURE CONTROL/ MANIPULATION IN ORDER TO KEEP MY ROOM HOT/HUMID/MOIST AND PREMEDITATED ATTEMPTS TO DESTROY ELECTONICS AT HIGH RISK OF DAMAGE DUE TO CONSTANT EXPOSURE TO HUMIDIFIER MOISTURE BEING BLASTED INTO CLOSED CLOSET

THIS IS ALSO TO ESTABLISH FOR LEGAL DOCUMENTATION PURPOSES THAT THESE TYPE OF HUMIDIFIERS HAVE BEEN SET UP AT 901 S. CATALINA, LOS ANGELES, CA -  TO PROJECT INTO MY PRIVATE LIVING SPACE, which also has my Computer, that is being bombarded with high levels of humidity, thus deliberate destruction to private property.

ALONG WITH INSIDE MY CLOSED CLOSET - IN ORDER TO CAUSE EXTREME TEMPERATURES to ME PHYSICALLY and  DAMAGE / DESTRUCTION TO ELECTRONICS, and/or OTHER ELECTRONIC DEVICES be they Video Camera, Audio Recorder, External Portable or Plug in Hard Drives, Thumb Drives, MiroSD Cards, MiniDV Tapes with information, or Blank Tapes, and other Devices that Power or Run these Electronics - ALL DONE WITH PREMEDITATED MALICIOUS INTENT - 
 

Ultrasonic humidifier
An ultrasonic humidifier uses a metal diaphragm vibrating at an ultrasonic frequency to create water droplets that silently exit the humidifier in the form of a cool fog. Ultrasonic humidifiers use a piezoelectric transducer to create a high frequency mechanical oscillation in a film of water. This forms an extremely fine mist of droplets about one micron in diameter, that is quickly evaporated into the air flow. Unlike the humidifiers that boil water, these water droplets will contain any impurities that are in the reservoir, including minerals from hard water (which then forms a difficult-to-remove sticky white dust on nearby objects and furniture). Any pathogens growing in the stagnant tank will also be dispersed in the air. Ultrasonic humidifiers should be cleaned regularly to prevent bacterial contamination from being spread throughout the air.
HUMIDIFIER 
A humidifier is a household appliance that increases humidity (moisture) in a single room or in the entire house. There are point-of-use humidifiers, which are commonly used to humidify a single room, and whole-house or furnace humidifiers, which connect to a home's HVAC system to provide humidity to the entire house.

The following is what I have been able to surmise, in particular after I received the below Comment on one of the You Tube Videos I uploaded, at 10:24 PM PDT on 13 September 2014.

I have noticed that even when the Temperature Drops 20 to 30 degrees outside, and the Humidity levels are below 50%, if not lower, there is NO reason why the INSIDE OF MY ROOM should be like a Hot Humid SAUNA - the same goes for the Inside of my Closet, which I have already been through a hot and sometimes humid days during the summer here, and at no point until RECENTLY would upon opening my closet door, a burst of hot humid/moist air would permeate. 

After receiving this Comment on a You Tube Video I uploaded, and noticing this heavy increase in moisture and humidity in my room and coming out of my closet, this WARNING - was actually something that I simply had to IDENTIFY - i.e.

How could they POSSIBLY FUCK WITH ME REAL BAD?

"Invest in hidden cams.  they told me they have an idea to fuck with you real bad and if they see the cam it wont work. get a hidden cam"

  By Setting Up and Blasting MOISTURE via Ultrasonic HUMIDIFIER/S into the Crawl Space, Open areas, and Directed into my living space, and closet.

Would do the Following:

1.  Temperature Extremes i.e. Keep the Room Hot, Humid, Stuffy, and as UNCOMFORTABLE as POSSIBLE - it will force or make me: LEAVE - Premeditated Residential AGGRAVATED HARASSMENT, HOSTILE LIVING - by way of keeping the inside of my room at extreme temperatures.

a. this also includes the external community members who assist in this residential and community street terrorism by way of blasting directed noise into my private living space. 

2. by Blasting High Levels of Moisture via Ultrasonic Humidifier/s into my Closed Closet - to Cause Premeditated and Deliberately Damage to my Electronics i.e. external hard drives, video camera, miniDV Tapes with documented information or blank tapes, thumb drives, SD Cards, audio recorder, and other electronics devices that power these devices all being subjected to high levels of moisture and humidity, could damage, and/or corrupt these electronics, and/or information stored within them. 

The following is a still photo of an opening that was paper patched, and painted over sometime before I moved into this room rental, the paint has since cracked open, and is a basic crawl space area where wiring, etc run through.  This side of the wall is linked directly to my closet (see below short video)


 Where the opening is on upper wall inside by the door opening, to directly outside the door is where you can feel the intense heat and humidity, which mean there are at least two areas where they are projecting the humidifier in order to increase the heat, moisture, and keep the air stale -

And, directly outside my door, where there is a gas Wall FURNACE (downstairs) that is wired to the one directly above (upstairs) - the Moment you step from this point, and directly into my room - is where you will feel the humidity and heat blasts the most.  Other than inside my Closet. 



This video is a short description of location in terms of how they are blasting ULTRASONIC HUMIDIFIER/S which creates high Moisture into my Living Space, and Into my Locked Closet where I have Thousands of Dollars in Electronics i.e. External and Portable Back Up Hard Drives, Video Camera, MiniDV Tapes of Documenting, Thumb Drives, SD Cards, Memory Cards, and other Electronics that Power or Run these devices - All being Subjected to Deliberate HIGH LEVELS OF MOISTURE via a HUMIDIFIER for the Purpose of Deliberate, Malicious, Tampering and/or Destruction to my ELECTRONIC DEVICES and/or DESTROYING THE EVIDENCE CONTAINED on them.


Thus, THEIR BIG IDEA to FUCK ME OVER REAL BAD

1. To Deliberately INTENSIFY MY DISCOMFORT via EXTREME TEMPERATURES/Torture Technique

2. Deliberately with Premeditated Malicious Intent create High Levels of Moisture via Ultrasonic Humidifier/s to keep the inside of my closed closet moist for the sole purpose of doing Damage, Compromise, and/or Destruction to my electronics, electronic storage, video camera, tapes, drives, recorders, etc.

TO BE REAL AND LEGALLY CLEAR - WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO ME IN MY RESIDENTIAL - PRIVATE LIVING SPACE -

8. Temperature Extremes

Using temperature extremes as a form of torture has been used for many years by many different countries. It was the Brazilian’s who switched from heat to cold cells in 1966. The ‘cold cell’, which was used in Guantanamo was authorised in 2005 as part of the CIA’s ‘enhanced interrogation techniques’, however, they were using it before long before. The Haynes 2002 memo, signed off by Donald Rumsfeld, authorised this technique. Leaving people in ‘Sweatboxes’ has been used for centuries. In Vietnam, shipping containers left over by American forces were used to torture people in the intense heat of the tropical climate. The same technique has been applied in Guantanamo. AND AS I HAVE MENTIONED, and DOCUMENTED IN REFERENCE TO THE LOUD PROJECTION OF NOISE INTO MY PRIVATE LIVING SPACE - IS ALSO A TORTURE TECHNIQUE -

9. Sensory Bombardment (Noise)

Noise has been used by torturers to either mask sounds of others being tortured, such as when children’s music was played by the Gestapo when beating Walter Bauer, or when they are trying to disrupt sleep, terrorise or create emotions within the prisoners. In 2004, a U.S. military official admitted that ‘uncooperative prisoners strip to their underwear, having them sit in a chair with shackled hand and foot to a bolt in the floor, and forcing them to endure strobe lights and screaming loud rock and rap music played through two close loudspeakers, while the air conditioning was turned up to maximum levels.’ See, Neil A.
