LAPD Called to DEAL WITH PERP RES EUNICE and HER PREDATORY TARGETING OF OTHERS

 July 8, 2014 - Resident Perp Eunice, Targeting, Setting Up, then Getting that Target into trouble -

THIS IS THE TYPE OF MENTALITY IS BEING AGGRESSIVELY RECRUITED BY STATE AND CORPORATE AMERICA - FOR THEIR CIVILIAN SLEEPER CELL ARMY - THAT GOES AROUND, PROVOKING, SETTING UP, and THEN GETTING IN TROUBLE - INNOCENT TARGET'S - 

*Note: Building Owner, Song Cha Choe and Son know this Eunice Quan, and I was told that this Psychopath, lived with the Choe family some time ago.  Therefore, with Owner's Consent, much of this was sanctioned by the Owner of this building, like all other Perps who are moved in and out of this location.  This was NO ACCIDENT - and it makes sense when I was told to watch my back with one Eunice Quan - it was because she is directly connected to the Owner of this Building.

Eunice Moves out of building, or so Owner, Song Cha Choe says on Tuesday, July 15, 2014.  Handyman is fixing driveway gate - but states that Eunice's did not have insurance.  I told her she provided this information to the LAPD - and if she did not have Auto Insurance that she broke the law

1. Lied to LAPD about being covered
2. Provided False Information, by way of showing LAPD Insurance Information
3. Driving a Vehicle Without Auto Insuarnce

This photo was taken because Eunice was up to her Psychopathic Perping, on 10 July 2014 - Eunice came down, moved vehicle closer to mine, then deliberately left lights on in vehicle, she later came knocking on my door, while I was on the phone with another TI, and asked for jumper cables.  Later in the late evening/early AM hour of 11 July 2014, LAPD shows up at property, Eunice had called the police because this Tracy was on property - but read below about who allowed whom to do what - Since, the vehicle was left unlocked -



10 July 2014 to Early AM - 11 July 2014
LAPD Shows up, again, because this Tracy was sleeping in Eunice Quan's vehicle.  The call came from Eunice stating this female would not leave.  The female (Tracy) said that Eunice told her it was alright to come, then refused to acknowledge her.  

The vehicle was unlocked, which means that in point of Fact - She was allowed into the Vehicle, only to have the police called in order to get this Tracy in trouble.  If, Eunice did not want this female on the premises, or in her vehicle, the VEHICLE WOULD have been LOCKED -but instead when I first went out, the building manager showed me that this Tracy was sleeping in Eunice Quan's vehicle. 

This time, was not outside, but heard Eunice start screaming at what appeared to be Trace.  Saw LAPD Officer tell Eunice to back off, and go back to her apartment.  This time, Officer's allowed Tracy to speak.  Not sure what happened, more than likely took this Tracy to a Downtown Shelter.

LAPD Called Out because Eunice and this Female had to deal with a Physical Altercation between Eunice and the Female in the Video.  There should be some type of Report on the incident - But what it shows is that Eunice picks up on these Type of Vulnerable people, then Starts to Mess with them, then once the Police are called She Goes Into her I am Innocent Phase.

Female (Tracy) starts wandering around the lower units, first asks me to get this Eunice, from which I told her to speak with the House Manager - The following from is what this Female (Tracy) was saying about Eunice who was in the Building, and in her Rental Room, but refused to apparently give this female her belongings.

LAPD was called by me because this same female (Tracy) from the July 6 incident is outside with Eunice's vehicle parked behind mine.  The reason I went outside was because I heard a Loud Banging/Impact noise - Upon going out to survey what had transpired, was when I noticed the vehicle and a female, since it was dark I did not immediately realize it was Eunice's vehicle - Until I saw the same female.  I asked her what the noise was and she said she hit the gate -then I was asked to once again go get Eunice, from which I said that is your problem - But you will need to move that vehicle, and yourself off the premises.

Since, this female refused to move - I contacted the Los Angeles Police, along with the Building Owner because this female (Tracy) would have continued to wander around the property outside - and I wanted the vehicle moved.

What this particular segment (in the dark) does is to SHOW How Eunice speaks to this Tracy, from which Eunice then attempted to Talk the Same way to me - I decided to call her on her smart talk, and the whole -  I'll Kick Your Ass Attitude - from which She ran away.

This is to detail Perps like all Predator's, who Target, Prey Upon then Set Up people - in particular vulnerable people, lie in the faces of Law Enforcement, then attempt to get the other party Arrested or In Trouble, by Portraying themselves as the Most Rational, and Calm - but the Segment in the Dark and the Way she starts talking to this Tracy - is who and what Eunice really is. 

 

Note:  While the LAPD was here at the location - that would be (3) Black and White with Two Officer's each - the WHOLE FOCUS was on this Tracy - 

That I made sure that before they dragged this female off, the Cuff really needed to be placed on Eunice Quan - who is basically an Instigator, and Provocateur  

Also note:  Michael the same busy body, know it all - was WAITING for all of it and then pounced once the other LAPD Officers Left with  - to get a Moment alone with an LAPD Officer because he was attempting to play and portray the same character as Eunice does, in an attempt like Eunice did to Discredit the Victim -

THE LEGAL QUESTION WILL BECOME - HOW INVOLVED IS THE LAPD IN ALL OF IT?  

Because it was already mentioned to me that Eunice has some connections, and that I should watch my back with her.

Former Resident Matt Reis filed a formal complaint with the LAPD about being Assaulted by Dan - After about a Month an Asian Detective shows up at this location looking for Resident Dan -
